VANCOUVER, BC--(September 12, 2016) - ATAC Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: ATC) ("ATAC") announces results for the first three completed diamond drill holes of the planned ten hole program at its Orion Zone, located within the Nadaleen Trend at the eastern end of ATAC's 100% owned Rackla Gold Project, Yukon Territory.

 

Highlights

Diamond drill hole AN-16-010 intersected 61.29 m of 2.75 g/t gold and successfully twinned and extended the 2015 Rotary Air Blast ("RAB") Orion discovery hole (ARB-15-026) which intersected 47.24 m of 3.79 g/t; and,

Step-out holes AN-16-011 and -012 returned 14.89 m of 1.01 g/t gold and 5.85 m of 1.09 g/t gold respectively, and confirmed additional gold mineralization along strike and within the regional-scale gold bearing Anubis Fault corridor.

MONTREAL, Sept. 8, 2016 - ALGOLD RESOURCES LTD. (TSXV:ALG.V - News) – (the "Corporation") today announced more results from its Phase I 10,000-meter drilling campaign carried out on the Corporation's Tijirit property ("Tijirit") in Mauritania. The new results further validate Algold's interpretation of a continuous 3.1-kilometer strike length over the Eleonore Zone, which remains open along strike and at depth. Recent drilling results also indicate that the Lily Zone is still open along strike to the north. In addition, rock chip sampling indicates that the structure hosting the Eleonore and Lily zones extends over at least 20 kilometers.

Hole T16RC070 - 3 m @ 30.03 g/t Au, is situated in the northern area of the Eleonore Zone between hole T16RC045 and T16RC024 (Figure 1).

Hole T16RC045 - 5 m @ 6.64 g/t Au, is situated along strike 260 m south-southwest of hole T16RC024. (Figure 1).

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Sep 8, 2016) - Rockhaven Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:RK) ("Rockhaven") is pleased to announce the discovery of a new, near-surface gold-rich vein zone at its 100% owned Klaza property, located in the Dawson Range Gold Belt of southern Yukon. The new zone contains three veins and has been named the Rex Zone. It lies 1,100 m south of the Eastern BRX Zone, the closest of the zones comprising the current mineral resource. The area around the Rex Zone had only seen surface exploration prior to the discovery hole (KL-16-314).

 

The discovery of the new gold-rich structures was made while testing a strong chargeability anomaly at depth within the Kelly porphyry zone. The Rex Zone is distinguished from other vein zones on the property by moderate copper values but only trace to background levels of lead, zinc and arsenic.
