Nighthawk Intersects 72.65 Metres of 5.58 g/t Gold (Uncut), Including 17.80 Metres of 17.72 g/t Gold (Uncut) at Colomac - Expands High-Grade Zone 1.5

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Oct 12, 2016) - Nighthawk Gold Corp. ("Nighthawk" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:NHK) today announced that recent drilling has defined the near surface boundaries and dimensions of Zone 1.5, and accordingly, supports the existence of constrained high-grade domains within the Colomac mineralized system. Nighthawk previously reported results from step-out drilling at this newly discovered zone (see September 13, 2016 news release) where C16-03 intersected 52.07 metres (40 metres true width) of 7.72 g/t gold, including 25.47 metres of 14.25 g/t gold, and including 12.35 metres of 9.58 g/t gold. Today's results show that the zone continues uninterrupted down plunge and supports its continuity of mineralization to depth, as C16-03B cut 72.65 metres (50 metres true width) of 5.58 g/t gold, including 17.80 metres of 17.72 g/t gold, 100 metres below the C16-03 intersection (Figures 1, 2, 3 / Table 1).

Osisko Intersects 34.4 g/t Au Over 5.7 Metres at Windfall

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Oct 12, 2016) - Osisko Mining Inc. (OSK.TO) ("Osisko" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce new results from the ongoing drill program at its 100% owned Windfall Lake gold project located in the Urban Township, Québec. The current 150,000 metre drill program combines definition drilling above the Red Dog intrusion ("Red Dog"), expansion drilling above and below Red Dog and exploration drilling on the greater deposit and overall property area.
 
Significant new results include: 34.4 g/t Au over 5.7 metres (uncut) in DDH OSK-W-16-720; 13.8 g/t Au over 6.6 metres in DDH OSK-W-16-708-W2; 7.57 g/t Au over 7.70 metres in DDH OSK-W-16-706-W3; 11.8 g/t Au over 4.6 metres in DDH OSK-W-16-309-W3; and 9.45 g/t Au over 2.1 metres in DDH OSK-W-16-727.

New Gold Zone Discovered at Treaty Creek: 110M of 0.909 g/t Gold, Upper 316M of Hole yet to Be Assayed

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Oct 11, 2016) - Teuton Resources Corp. ("Teuton") (TSX VENTURE:TUO)(FRANKFURT:TFE)(TEUTF) is pleased to announce that a new zone of gold-bearing mineralization has been discovered on the Treaty Creek property, situated north of the KSM property of Seabridge Gold and the Brucejack property of Pretium Resources in the Golden Triangle region of northwestern British Columbia. Teuton holds a 20% carried interest in the property (carried until a production decision is made) as well as various NSR interests. Tudor Gold Corp. is the operator and American Creek Resources holds an identical 20% carried interest to Teuton's.
 
The new zone was intersected in the third hole of the 2016 drilling program and is located approximately 870m northeast of the Copper Belle zone (drilled in 2007 and 2009). Impetus for drilling the hole was a magnetotelluric survey (MT survey) which was run earlier in the 2016 field season. Unigold Extends Massive Sulphide Mineralization Intersecting 21.2 Metres Averaging 6.0 g/t Au With 0.9% Cu

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Oct. 5, 2016) -Unigold Inc. ("Unigold" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:UGD) is pleased to announce results from ongoing exploration drilling at the Candelones Extension deposit, within the Company's 100% owned Neita Concession in the Dominican Republic.
The Company has received results from four holes at Target A, (Ref Figure 1.0) where drilling in late 2015 identified gold and copper rich massive sulphide mineralization. Follow up drilling in early 2016 traced the massive sulphide discovery over 200 metres to the east. Significant results included LP15-93 (15.7 metres @ 7.5 g/t Au; 1.1% Cu); LP15-95 (34.9 metres @ 6.2 g/t Au; 0.6% Cu) and LP16-101 (9.8 metres @ 3.1 g/t Au; 0.6% Cu) (UGD PR# 2016-04).
 
These latest drill holes were designed to test the western limit of the high grade massive sulphides. Hole LP16-114, 25 metres west of LP15-93, intersected 21.2 metres @ 6.0 g/t Au; 0.9% Cuwithin a broader interval of 52.2 metres @ 3.3 g/t Au; 0.4% Cu. LP16-115, 60 metres west of LP15-93, intersected 5.7 metres @ 3.8 g/t Au ; 1.2% Cu within a broader interval of 106.5 metres @ 0.6 g/t Au; 0.1% Cu . The results have added approximately 60 metres of strike length and the mineralization remains open to the west (Ref. Figures 2.0 and 3.0).

K92 Mining Commences Gold Production at Kainantu Gold Mine

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Oct 5, 2016) - K92 Mining Inc. ("K92" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:KNT)(KNTNF) is pleased to announce that gold production has commenced from the Irumafimpa Gold Deposit.
 
Ian Stalker, K92 Chief Executive Officer, states, "This milestone is highly significant for our Company, and for this region of PNG. A great deal of thanks goes to the entire team on site in PNG in achieving production ahead of schedule and on budget.
 
The rehabilitation of the Irumafimpa Gold Mine, process plant and associated infrastructure commenced in late March this year and is now complete. As an enhancement of the processing facility, we are also pleased to note that the installation of a new Drum Scrubber is also nearing completion and commissioning of this will be completed by the end of the month.
