Fission/ESO Patterson Lake South JV Reports High Grade Boulders Up to 39.6% U3O8

Fission Energy Corp (TSX VENTURE: FIS)(OTCQX: FSSIF) ("Fission" or "the Company"), and its 50% Joint Venture (JV) partner, ESO Uranium Corp.(TSX VENTURE: ESO), announce results from its boulder prospecting and radon survey program. A total of seventy-four (74) boulder and mineralized soil samples were submitted for assay with the boulders ranging in size from gravel material to mineralized cobbles and boulders up to 45 X 35 X 30 cm.

Hathor Intersects 52 m at 2.40% U3O8, Including 9.5 m at 5.61% U3O8 and Confirms Potential for Far East Zone as Roughrider Drilling Continues

Hathor Exploration Limited (HAT:TSX) is pleased to announce assay results from drill hole MWNE-11-700, the first complete set of drill hole assays received from the ongoing 2011 summer drill program at the Company's Roughrider project in the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan. Based on the success of drilling to date, the program, originally planned for 7,500 m to be completed over six weeks, has been extended to target 10,000 metres and is anticipated to be completed by early August.

Drill hole MWNE-11-700 has intersected significant new uranium mineralization at Far East. The main intersection composites 51.5 m at 2.4% U3O8, comprising three lenses of mineralization separated by two narrow zones of altered but unmineralized rock. Summary assays are below:

Hathor's Summer Expansion Drilling Is Underway at Roughrider's Far East Zone

Hathor Exploration Limited (TSX:HAT) is pleased to announce that the 2011 summer diamond drill program is underway at the Roughrider Uranium Deposit in the Athabasca Basin of northern Saskatchewan.

Two rigs are now on site and drilling has begun. The program will run for approximately 8 weeks, with some 7,000 metres of drilling planned. The drill program will be extended for as long as the mineralization at Far East remains open to the east.

Figure 1 shows an aerial view of the overall Roughrider uranium deposit. Figure 2 is a plan map of the current extent of mineralization at the East and Far East Zones, and the location of the diamond drill holes planned for the 2011 summer program.

Roughrider Doubles in Size as Hathor Confirms an Additional 30 M lbs at 11.58 % U3O8 for the East

Hathor Exploration Limited (TSX: HAT) is pleased to announce the first mineral resource estimate for the East Zone of the Roughrider Uranium Deposit located in the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan. The estimate identifies 30 M lbs grading 11.58 % U3O8, and doubles the overall size of the Roughrider deposit, as currently defined.

Table 1 shows the Mineral Resource Statement ("MRS") for the East Zone at the Roughrider Uranium Deposit, as determined by SRK Consulting (Canada) Inc. ("SRK"), using the ordinary kriging (OK) method. Table 2 below lists the global model quantities using various cut-off grades. Table 3 shows the total resource for the Roughrider Uranium Deposit; this total does not include the recently discovered Far East Zone. Graph 1 is a grade tonnage curve, which in combination with Table 2, illustrates that the East Zone is relatively insensitive to cut off limits up to a value 1.00 % U3O8.

Hathor Intersects 42.8 m at 3.26 % U3o8 to Solidify The Potential of the Far East Zone at Roughrider

Hathor Exploration Limited (TSX:HAT) is pleased to announce the final assay results from the 2011 winter drill program at the Roughrider uranium deposit in the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan. The potential for the Far East discovery is solidified by the number and quality of drill hole intersections. Drilling this summer at Roughrider will focus on the potential of the Far East Zone.

A total of 19,244 metres were completed in 49 drill holes during the winter program (Figure 1), of which 17 were completed at Far East for a total of 7,587 m (Figure 2). Fifteen of seventeen holes at Far East intersected uranium mineralization over significant widths. Summary composite grade and thickness data are highlighted below. Complete uranium assays are in Table 1 which follows the figures; complete chemical analyses are provided on the Company's website at www.hathor.ca.
