Uranium Energy Corp Begins Production at Palangana ISR Project

Uranium Energy Corp (NYSE AMEX: UEC; the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company has started uranium production using in-situ recovery (ISR) methods at the Palangana Project in South Texas.

Phase I of three separate development phases of the wellfield at Production Area 1 (PAA-1) is 100% complete, with more than 45 injection wells and production wells drilled, cased and tested. The Company is very pleased with the water volume that each well has yielded during the testing phase. Now, gaseous oxygen and carbon dioxide are being added to the circulating ground water, which has activated the mining process of dissolving the uranium from surrounding sandstones.

Uranium One Announces Record Sales of 1.7 Million Pounds and Lower Cash Costs

Uranium One Inc. ("Uranium One") today reported record quarterly sales of 1.7 million pounds, production of 1.7 million pounds and a decrease in total cash costs at its operations to $12 per pound sold during the third quarter of 2010.  Uranium One's 2010 production guidance remains 7.0 million pounds.  The Company's production guidance for 2011 is 10.5 million pounds and 12.5 million pounds for 2012.

Sprott Resource Corp. Agrees to Acquire Stake in Private Uranium Company

(TSX: SCP) - Sprott Resource Corp. ("SRC") today announced that it has agreed, subject to the execution of definitive agreements, board approval and all necessary regulatory approvals, to purchase a 19.9% interest in VA Uranium Holdings Inc. ("VAUH"), a private company and sole shareholder of Virginia Uranium, Inc. ("Virginia Uranium"), which operates the Coles Hill Uranium Project in Virginia, U.S.A.  Virginia Energy Resources Inc. (TSXV:VAE) ("Virginia Energy") owns 28.5% of the outstanding shares of VAUH and has a right, if exercised within 90 days of the closing of SRC's financing, to invest in VAUH on the same terms as SRC so as to maintain its current 28.5% ownership position in VAUH.

Recent Highlights

Letter of Intent Signed with Industry Leader. On November 4, 2010, URI announced the signing of a non-binding letter of intent with Cameco Resources, a subsidiary of Cameco (NYSE: CCJ), for a large ranch in South Texas. The agreement, which is contingent on URI successfully completing a lease agreement with the land owners, outlines a three-phase exploration program that would be funded by Cameco. There is an option for a production joint venture.

Khan Receives Favourable Ruling From Mongolian Appeal Court

Khan Resources Inc. (TSX:KRI) ("Khan" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company has now received a favourable written decision of the Mongolian appellate court in respect of the appeal requested by the Mongolian Nuclear Energy Agency ("NEA") of the July 19, 2010 decision of the Capital City Administrative Court.

The July ruling of the administrative court declared that the notices issued by the NEA purporting to invalidate the mining license held by Khan's 58% owned joint venture subsidiary, Central Asian Uranium Company, LLC ("CAUC"), were themselves illegal and invalid. The appellate court ruling, while containing some variations, substantially upheld the earlier administrative court ruling. The NEA has a right to appeal the appellate court ruling within 30 days.
