Grande West Receives Additional City of Edmonton Order

VANCOUVER, Oct. 3, 2016 - Grande West Transportation Group Inc. (TSXV: BUS; OTC PINK: GWTNF) – October 3, 2016: ("Grande West" or the "Company"), a Canadian manufacturer of heavy-duty mid-sized transit buses for sale in Canada and the United-States, is pleased to announce that it has received an additional order from the City of Edmonton totalling approximately $3.8 million CAD.
 
The order is for ten (10) 30 foot Vicinity buses for 2017 delivery. This is in addition to the City's initial order for six (6) 30 foot buses announced September 8, 2016, bringing the order total to $6.1 million CAD. The contract has forecasted quantities (firm and options) for up to forty-five (45) buses, allows the City to increase the number of buses as required and extend the contract for up to 5 years.

Grande West Receives BC Transit Order for Vicinity 35 Foot Buses 

VANCOUVER, Sept. 26, 2016  - Grande West Transportation Group Inc. (TSXV: BUS; OTC Pink: GWTNF) – September 26, 2016: ("Grande West" or the "Company"), a manufacturer of heavy-duty mid-sized transit buses for sale in Canada and the United States, is pleased to announce it has received new orders from BC Transit for seventeen (17) Vicinity buses totalling $6 million CAD.
 
The order is for fourteen (14) 30 foot and three (3) 35 foot Vicinity buses for 2017 delivery. This is in addition to BC Transit's initial order for forty-one (41) 30 foot Vicinity buses valued at approximately $13 million CAD announced May 10, 2016.
 
The new orders for the 35 foot bus are Grande West's first in the larger format. Customers across Canada and the USA have expressed significant interest in the 35 foot Vicinity to satisfy ridership demand where traditional 40 foot buses are too costly to operate efficiently. 
 
Current firm orders for 2017 delivery are for one hundred forty-nine (149) buses valued at over $50 million CAD. Firm orders and options for 2018-2020 delivery are currently at ninety (90) buses.

Grande West Awarded City of Edmonton Long Term Contract

VANCOUVER, Sept. 8, 2016  - Grande West Transportation Group Inc. (TSXV: BUS; OTC PINK: GWTNF) – ("Grande West" or the "Company"), a manufacturer of heavy-duty mid-sized transit buses for sale in Canada and the United-States, is pleased to announce that the City of Edmonton has awarded Grande West a long term supply contract for mid-size 30 foot Vicinity® buses.
 
The contract has forecasted quantities (firm and options) for up to forty-five (45) buses, allows the City to increase the number of buses as required and extend the contract for up to 5 years. The initial 2017 delivery order is for six (6) Vicinity buses valued at approximately $2.33 million CAD. The 5 year contract value, if fully exercised, is estimated at approximately $18 million CAD.

Grande West Significantly Improves Manufacturing Terms as Production Ramps Up

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Jun 1, 2016) - Grande West Transportation Group ("Grande West" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:BUS) announced today that it has entered into a new long-term production contract with the Weichai Group's International Export Bus Factory for the manufacture of the company's Vicinity buses.
 
Under the terms of the new agreement, Grande West has committed to expanding the production schedule to manufacture a minimum of 15 buses per month throughout 2017. This equates to over CND $60,000,000 in revenue, and management is confident it can comfortably meet or exceed minimum requirements under the new agreement.
 
Current firm orders for 2017 deliveries are now at 108 buses. This expansion will help Grande West meet the substantially increased demand for its Vicinity models and assure government authorities and private operators of the company's ability to manufacture and deliver Vicinity buses on a large scale.

Student Transportation Inc. Adds to Southern California Growth

Morongo Unified School District to Receive Technology Upgrade, Student Safety Measures, Air-Conditioning
 
WALL, N.J., March 09, 2016 -- Student Transportation Inc. (STI) (STB) (STB), the largest independent provider of student transportation and management services in North America, today announced that its subsidiary, Student Transportation of America, Inc. (STA), has been selected to provide school transportation services to the Morongo Unified School District (MUSD) beginning August 1, 2016. Located in the southernmost part of the Mojave Desert between Joshua Tree National Park and the Twentynine Palms Marine Corps Base, this contract adds to the company’s regional density in the area of Southern California.
 
Valued at $3.7 million annually, the five-year contract plus renewal options, includes a public-private partnership for the use of two district-owned facilities along with the district providing the fuel. STA will provide 50 regular route buses, six dedicated activity buses and spare vehicles to ensure no interruptions to service. A new feature of the contract is the fleet will be air-conditioned and come with 3-point seat belts, also an upgrade, as well as a new 4-camera system installed on each vehicle, replacing the district-owned 1-camera system currently in place.
