Grande West Expands U.S. Manufacturing with Spartan Motors Contract

VANCOUVER, BC / May 28, 2019 / Grande West Transportation Group Inc. (TSXV: BUS) (OTC PINK: GWTNF) - May 28, 2019: ("Grande West" or the "Company"), a Canadian manufacturer of mid-sized multi-purpose transit vehicles for sale in Canada and the United States, is pleased to announce it has entered into a vehicle assembly agreement with Spartan Specialty Chassis and Vehicles, a business unit of Spartan Motors Inc. ("Spartan") (NASDAQ: SPAR), the North American Leader in specialty vehicle manufacturing and assembly for the commercial and retail vehicle industries, as well as for the emergency response and recreational vehicle markets.
 
Under terms of the agreement, Spartan will manufacture Grande West's Vicinity model buses, which will continue to satisfy the Federal Transit Administration's (FTA) Buy America requirements and reduce potential tariff exposures. The Grande West Vicinity bus achieved best-in-class results from the FTA Model Bus Testing Program, which measures structural durability and integrity, reliability, performance, maintainability, safety, noise, and fuel economy.

Grande West Receives $13 Million Vicinity Order

VANCOUVER, BC / March 25, 2019 / Grande West Transportation Group Inc. (TSXV: BUS) (OTC PINK: GWTNF) ("Grande West" or the "Company"), a Canadian manufacturer of mid-sized multi-purpose transit vehicles for sale in Canada and the United States, is pleased to announce that BC Transit Corporation ("BC Transit") has ordered over thirty (30) CNG-powered Vicinity buses for approximately $13 million CAD.
 
Jean-Marc Landry, CEO of Grande West stated, "We are excited to be providing BC Transit with low-emission, environmentally sustainable CNG Vicinity buses for use in BC's transit systems. Adding another CNG customer further strengthens our focus on providing environmentally-friendly transit solutions."
 
Backlog: Current total firm orders are for approximately 190 buses valued at over $66 million CAD.

Grande West Announces Mississippi State Transit Orders

VANCOUVER, BC /  January 28, 2019 / Grande West Transportation Group Inc. (TSX-V: BUS) (OTC PINK: GWTNF) (''Grande West'' or the ''Company''), a Canadian manufacturer of mid-sized multi-purpose transit vehicles for sale in Canada and the United States, is pleased to announce new purchase orders for Buy America Vicinity buses by two Mississippi-based transit agencies through our US Dealer Alliance Bus Group (ABG).
 
Grande West received purchase orders for five (5) Vicinity buses from the University of Mississippi in Oxford, Mississippi and for two (2) Vicinity buses from Mississippi State in Starksville, Mississippi for deliveries in 2019 and early 2020. These orders, valued at over $3 million CAD, are initial orders of a five-year consortium contract with Mississippi-based transit agencies announced on October 29, 2018.

Grande West Announces First Buy America Transit Contract

VANCOUVER, BC  / October 29, 2018 / Grande West Transportation Group Inc. (TSXV: BUS; OTC PINK: GWTNF) ("Grande West" or the "Company"), a Canadian manufacturer of mid-sized multi-purpose transit vehicles for sale in Canada and the United States, is pleased to announce a new contract to purchase Buy America Vicinity buses by a group of Mississippi-based transit authorities.
 
Grande West, along with U.S. distributor Alliance Bus Group ("ABG"), was the winning bid for a five-year contract for 30’ heavy-duty low floor buses. The order is for up to sixty three (63) Vicinity buses over the term of the contract. The City of Oxford, Mississippi is the Executive Agent on behalf of a group of agencies listed for the procurement of the heavy duty transit buses, under a management contract with RATP Dev USA. Each participating agency has submitted their purchase forecast for the term of this contract. Purchase orders will be announced as they are received by the Company.
