China Shen Zhou Mining & Resources, Inc. Provides Production Update

China Shen Zhou Mining & Resources, Inc. (NYSE Amex: SHZ) ("China Shen Zhou" or the "Company"), a leading company engaged in the exploration, development, mining and processing of fluorite, zinc, lead, copper, and other nonferrous metals in China, today announced that the Company resumed production at its fluorite processing plant at its Xiangzhen Mining Plant, located in Inner Mongolia, and at Xingzhen Mining, located in Xinjiang Vygur Autonomous Region.

Along with the rise in the price of nonferrous metals, Xingzhen Mining restarted its ore dressing plant and began to produce qualified concentrates on June 5, 2009. According to an assay, the concentrates have zinc grade of 51% and copper grade of 24%, with metal recovery rates of over 92% for zinc and 68% for copper. Xingzhen Mining had stopped its production in September 2008 due to the decrease in the prices of nonferrous metals in the market.

Capstone Reports Significant Increase in Copper-Gold Mineral Resources at Minto Mine, Yukon

Capstone Mining Corporation (CS: TSX) today announced the results of National Instrument 43-101 compliant mineral resource estimates for its high grade Minto copper-gold mine in Yukon, Canada. New mineral resource estimates were completed for the combined Area 2/Area 118 deposit, the Ridgetop deposit and the Minto North deposit and are current to today's date, while mineral resources and mineral reserves for the Minto Main deposit (current open pit) were adjusted to reflect mining activity up to December 31, 2008. These updated mineral resource estimates include results from almost all of the drilling conducted up to the end of April 2009, and will form the basis of Capstone's Phase IV expansion study for the Minto Mine.

Hana Mining Ltd. Reports an Inferred Resource of 2.9 Billion Pounds of Copper and 51.5 Million Ounces of Silver for Its Ghanzi Copper-Silver Deposit in Botswana

Hana Mining Ltd. ("Hana Mining") (TSX VENTURE:HMG)(FRANKFURT:4LH) is pleased to announce the completion of an independent National Instrument ("NI") 43-101 compliant inferred resource estimate for its Ghanzi Copper-Silver deposit in Botswana. The estimate for the global resource is 2.9 billion pounds of copper and 51.5 million ounces of silver from 163.5 million tonnes. This resource is based on a 0.30% Cu cutoff and averages 0.82% Cu and 9.8 g/t Ag.

At a cutoff of 0.75% Cu the resource totals 60.4 million tonnes containing 2.0 billion pounds copper and 34.9 million ounces silver with an average grade of 1.51% Cu and 17.98 g/t Ag. No adjustments have been made for mining recoveries or production yields.

This resource estimate is based largely on a 15 month drilling program that included 98 core holes totaling 15,000 metres and 50 RC holes totaling 6,600 metres.

Capstone Mining Corp. (CS: TSX) today announced an updated life-of-mine plan ("LOM Plan") and mineral reserve estimate for the Cozamin Mine in Zacatecas State, Mexico. This LOM Plan incorporates the mineral resources in the San Roberto area announced on February 18, 2009 and is described in more detail in a Technical Report prepared by SRK Consulting (Canada) Inc. Exploration Success Continues for Nautilus Minerals

Nautilus Minerals Inc. (TSX:NUS)(AIM:NUS) (the "Company" or "Nautilus") announces that it has successfully completed the first phase of its 2009 target generation program in Tonga on 100% owned Nautilus prospecting licences (Figure 1). Hand-held XRF analysis indicates the high-grade of the Seafloor Massive Sulphide ("SMS") systems sampled, with results up to 9.1% Cu and 34.9% Zn.

Nautilus is rapidly advancing its ability to acquire and interpret water column data, in collaboration with ocean chemistry expert Gary Massoth and other marine scientific researchers. Preliminary interpretation of water column survey data, gathered in Tongan waters last month has identified twelve anomalies in total. All water column anomalies(1) identified have signatures considered analogous with hydrothermal vent systems.
