First Quantum Minerals to Acquire Kiwara PLC

Cash and Equity Transaction Valued at Approximately US$260.2 Million

First Quantum Minerals Ltd. ("First Quantum") (TSX: FM)(LSE: FQM) and Kiwara PLC ("Kiwara") (AIM: KIW)(JSE: KWR) are pleased to announce that they have entered into an implementation agreement pursuant to which First Quantum will acquire the entire issued share capital of Kiwara (the "Offer") by way of a scheme of arrangement (the "Scheme").

Pursuant to the Scheme, Kiwara shareholders will receive 0.0085 First Quantum shares and GBP0.375 for every Kiwara share held. The implied value of the purchase price is GBP0.75 per Kiwara share based on an agreed market price of GBP 43.68 for one First Quantum share on the LSE.

Hana Mining RC Drilling Intersects 2.07% Cu and 30.7 g/t Ag Over 9 m (Including 2.98% Cu Plus 48.1 g/t Ag Over 5 m) in South Limb of Banana Zone, and Extends Mineralized Strike 1000 m

Hana Mining Ltd., ("HMG" or the "Company") - (TSX VENTURE: HMG) (FRANKFURT: 4LH) is pleased to announce completion of 7 new RC drill holes at its Ghanzi sediment-host copper-silver project in Botswana. Results extend total mineralization by 1000 metres along strike for a new section in the Banana Zone (6% total zone increase), specifically the northeastern section (section 65,000, Figure 1) of the South Limb.

Highlights of recent drilling results:
- These seven holes increase the mineralized strike length for the Banana Zone by 1000 metres, to a total 17.2 km, now 11% (1,700 metres) greater than the strike length reflected in the current NI 43-101 resource estimate,

Rockcliff Hits High Grade Copper-Gold Mineralization at Snow Lake, 4.74m grading 9.02% copper, 3.46g/t gold, 1.62% zinc and 36.5g/t silver Drill Program

Rockcliff Resources Inc. (RCR: TSXV) is pleased to announce that drilling on the Rail Zone has intersected high grade copper-gold mineralization on its Snow Lake VMS Project located in central Manitoba. Hole RL09-37 intersected 4.74m of massive sulphides grading 9.02% copper, 3.46g/t gold, 1.62% zinc and 36.5g/t silver including 3.99m grading 10.63% copper, 3.86g/t gold, 1.77% zinc and 42.5g/t silver. The hole was drilled in an untested area 150m north of the historic Rail VMS Deposit. Drilling has now increased the Rail Zone mineralization (copper, gold, zinc and silver) to 685m of strike length and up to 380m deep. The Rail Zone remains open in all directions and is hosted within juvenile arc rocks of the Snow Lake camp. All VMS mines within the camp are hosted in juvenile arc rocks of the Flin Flon greenstone belt.
