District Identifies Numerous High Priority Geophysical Targets across the Tomtebo Property

VANCOUVER, BC, Dec. 7, 2020 - District Metals Corp. (TSXV: DMX) (FRA: DFPP);("District" or the "Company") is pleased to report additional results from the final airborne electromagnetic ("EM") and magnetic data that covers the entire 5,144 hectare Tomtebo Property located in the Bergslagen Mining District in south-central Sweden.  A detailed heliborne SkyTEM survey comprising approximately 600 line-km was flown at 100 m line spacing in July 2020, and geophysical interpretations were successfully completed by Condor Consulting and Geovista AB.

Garrett Ainsworth, CEO of District, commented: "We are very pleased with the SkyTEM results, and the application of this modern exploration method has undoubtably proven to be very successful. The recently flown survey has identified numerous conductive and magnetic high anomalies that showcases the exceptional potential to make additional polymetallic discoveries across the Tomtebo Property.

Our last step before drilling anticipated in Q1 2021 will include a targeted ground gravity survey over the Tomtebo Mine Trend which will start shortly and help us refine and prioritize existing targets within this important trend."

Chakana Copper Intersects 12.2m of 5.76 g/t Au, 2.98% Cu, and 252 g/t Ag (13.61 g/t Au-Eq) from 21.6m at Paloma West, Soledad Project, Peru

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - December 3, 2020) - Chakana Copper Corp. (TSXV: PERU) (OTCQB: CHKKF) (FSE: 1ZX) (the "Company" or "Chakana"), is pleased to release new drill results from four holes at its high-grade copper-gold-silver Paloma West discovery at the expanded Soledad Project in Ancash, Peru. These results are part of the ongoing Phase 3 drill program, a fully funded 15,000 metre drill program that started August 15, 2020. Phase 3 is testing a cluster of high-grade, gold-enriched tourmaline breccia pipe targets within the Paloma and Huancarama breccia complexes (Fig. 1). Sixteen holes have now been reported from the two Paloma targets for a total of 3,080 metres. Drilling is currently underway at Huancarama where ten holes have been completed thus far.

Mineralized intervals from these four holes at Paloma West include:

Callinex Intersects 5m of 8.35% CuEq and 9m of 3.72% CuEq with 145m Step-out from the Rainbow Discovery in the Flin Flon Mining District, MB

Highlights:
PBM-113 intersected 5.00m of 8.35% copper equivalent (CuEq) comprising of 8.08% copper, 0.20 g/t gold, 10.55 g/t silver and 0.13% zinc;
PBM-113 intersected a second interval of 4.0m of 2.31% CuEq comprising of 2.21% copper, 0.09 g/t gold, 2.28 g/t silver and 0.04% zinc;
PBM-113 intersected a third interval of 9.06m of 3.72% CuEq comprising of 2.37% copper, 0.70 g/t gold, 7.00 g/t silver and 2.10% zinc;
Interpretation of new Borehole Pulse Electromagnetic survey suggests mineralization comes within 350m of surface; and
Two rigs are currently drilling to expand the discovery along strike and to surface.

Osisko Metals Extends O53 Tabular Mineralization at Pine Point

MONTREAL, Nov. 09, 2020  -- Osisko Metals Incorporated (the "Company" or "Osisko Metals") (TSX-V: OM; OTCQX: OMZNF; FRANKFURT: 0B51) is pleased to provide drill results from the current program at its 100% owned Pine Point Project, NWT. Assay results have been received from twenty-nine (29) exploration holes in the Central Zone, mostly in proximity to the O53 deposit area, that tested gravity gradiometry anomalies and areas of unconstrained mineralization around the current resource block model.

Exploration highlights (see Tables 1 and 2 below) include:

Drill hole OM13-20-001 intersected 4.80 metres grading 7.25% Zn and 1.45% Pb. This hole intersected well-developed, near surface Tabular style mineralization that potentially extends mineralization 800 metres west of the current western limit of the O53 deposit and 665 metres west, along strike, from previously reported drill hole O53-20-PP-003 (8.45% Zn + 0.61% Pb over 3.00 metres; see news release dated October 5th, 2020 and O53 Area Map).
