Integra Gold Intersects 33.55 g/t Gold (Uncut) Over 3.2 M in C4 Structure Step-Out Hole and 21.63 g/t Gold (Uncut) Over 5.9 M Within C2 Structure as Drilling Further Confirms Both Continuity and Growth Potential at Triangle Deposit

VANCOUVER, BC --( June 08, 2016) - Integra Gold Corp. (TSX VENTURE: ICG)(ICGQF)

Press Release Highlights:

Results received from the C4 structure continue to support internal continuity and lateral expansion potential
Continuity and resource growth potential highlighted by ongoing drilling, both infill and step-out, of the near surface C1 and C2 structures
A new subparallel and high angle C-Type structure ("C7"), 150 metres ("m") structurally below C6, confirms potential for significant depth extensions at the Triangle gold deposit

Zgounder Silver Mine Poured 46,270 Ounces (1439 kg) of Silver Ingots in May

BLAINVILLE, QUEBEC--(Jun 8, 2016) - Maya Gold & Silver Inc. ("Maya" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:MYA) is pleased to report a production of 46,270 ounces of silver (1439 Kg) during the month of May 2016 at its Zgounder silver mine in Morocco.

May 2016 Operations Highlights

46,270 ounces (1439 Kg) of silver ingots were produced from 5934 tonnes of dry material presenting an average head grade of 298 g/t Ag;
A recovery rate of 82.54% was achieved, which constitutes an increase of 4.8% relative to the previous month;
Upgrading of the mill installations continues; resulting in a substantial reduction of cyanide consumption;
The set-up of the cyanide preparation tower is in the final stages of completion;
Access to the underground workings keeps improving with the extraction of mineralized material reaching 4863 tonnes for the month of May. Panels located at levels 2000, 2100 2030 and 2035 are still developed concurrently by drifting.

Monarques intersects a 9.5 m (31.5 ft) near surface gold zone including 1 metre at 19.5 g/t at Croinor Gold

QUEBEC CITY, June 8, 2016 - MONARQUES GOLD CORP. ("Monarques" or the "Corporation") (TSX-V:MQR.V - News) (FRANKFURT:MR7.F - News) is pleased to report on the results of its initial 2016 drilling program on the Gold Bug gold-bearing structure, which was discovered in 2015 less than 500 metres northwest of the Corporation's Croinor Gold ("Croinor") project approximately 70 kilometres east of Val-d'Or, Quebec.

The goal of the program was to test the continuity of the Gold Bug zone along strike and at depth by drilling a series of short holes no more than about ten metres apart due to the erratic nature of the mineralized system, which contains free (visible) gold. The program was carried out in April, and consisted of 774 metres of drilling in nine holes.

Four holes drilled under and into the northeast extension of the structure (CR-16-473, CR-16-474, CR-16-478 and CR-16-479) intersected the Gold Bug gold-bearing structure. Note that the gold in the structure is erratic in nature, and although all the holes intercepted the structure, the gold values obtained do not always reflect the visual aspect of the core. Visible gold is still the best indicator of high grade.

Torex Pours 29,995 Gold Ounces in May and 92,460 Ounces YTD Aided by a Positive Reconciliation Against the Geological Model

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Jun 8, 2016) - Torex Gold Resources Inc. (the "Company" or "Torex") (TXG.TO) announced updates on operations and geological model reconciliation at its El Limon-Guajes Mine (ELG) in southwest Mexico.

Fred Stanford, President & CEO of Torex stated: "The team on site continues to deliver excellent safety and environmental performance, and to exceed production expectations. In May they routinely operated the processing plant at design throughput levels and produced 29,995 ounces of gold, or 1,000 ounces per day. The Guajes deposit has also exceeded the expectations of the geological model, in both grade and tonnes. We have now processed over one million tonnes through the plant and can compare what the plant received against what was predicted by assays from blast-hole samples, and from there relate through to the geological model. In summary, since the plant was 'bedded down' at the end of February, when data became reliable, the plant has received 12% more gold ounces than was predicted by the geological model. Of this 12% increase in gold ounces, '10' came from increased grade, and '2' came from increased tonnage.
