Durango Discovers Northeast Shear Zone Near Drill Target at Windfall Lake

Vancouver, BC - September 17, 2020 - Durango Resources Inc. (TSXV:DGO) (Frankfurt-86A1) (OTC:ATOXF), (the " Company " or " Durango ") is pleased to report that further to its news release dated September 11, 2020, the exploration team has discovered a northeast shear zone with a set of stacked quartz veins at surface within a brecciated zone on the Trove Property at Windfall Lake, Quebec .

Durango now has multiple prospective areas, in addition to the previous drill targets defined by Induced Polarization (IP), soil sampling and airborne magnetic surveys. The Trove Property is located along the structural trend hosting Osisko Mining Inc.'s (TSX-OSK) Windfall Lake Deposit and the new surface data helps to better define the location of the structure on the Trove Property. Approximetly two hundred metres (200m) of newly stripped outcrops perpedicular to the structure are slated for sampling and assay.

The newly discovered shear zone is two metres (2m) wide and running subparallel to the regional fault. Figure 1 below shows the brecciated metasediment and the associated quartz veins. The structural measurements will help to precisely orient the upcoming drill holes. The shear zone is 75 metres away from one of Durango's high priority drill pads on the Trove Property. The Company is in the final stages of targeting prior to commencing drilling on September 25, 2020.

Amex Significantly Increases Denise Zone with Drill Intercepts up to 1.07 g/t Au over 189.40 metres at Perron

MONTREAL, QC /  September 16, 2020 / Amex Exploration Inc. ("Amex or the Company") (TSXV:AMX)(FRA:MX0)(OTCQX:AMXEF) is pleased to report the discovery of the westward and surface expression of the Denise Zone, a major gold bearing system, immediately south of the High Grade Zone (HGZ), of the Perron property in northwestern Quebec, Canada. The Company is reporting substantial gold mineralization in multiple drill hole intersections from the Denise Zone. Highlights below and a list of results in Table 1. See Figures 1 and 2 Plan Map of the HGZ and Denise Zone.

Highlight results from the Denise Zone Include: (Figures 3, 4, 5 and 6 Cross Sections)

Hole PE-20-181 intersected 115.60 metres of 1.39 g/t Au at a vertical depth of approximately 260 metres
Hole PE-20-188 intersected 189.40 metres of 1.07 g/t Au at a vertical depth of approximately 300 metres
Hole PE-20-54EXT intersected 50.0 metres of 2.12 g/t Au at a vertical depth of approximately 130 metres
Hole PE-20-56EXT intersected 100.00 metres of 1.01 g/t Au at a vertical depth of approximately 120 metres
Interpretation of the Denise Zone now suggests:

Gold mineralization has been traced over 325 metres along strike, from the surface to 550 metres vertically and up to 100 metres of width with higher grade intervals contained within. (Denise Zone is open in all directions.)

Rockridge Commences 3,000 Metre Diamond Drill Program at its High-Grade Raney Gold Project Southwest of Timmins, Ontario

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Sept. 15, 2020 -- Rockridge Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: ROCK)(OTCQB: RRRLF) (Frankfurt: RR0) (“Rockridge” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that its 3,000 metre minimum drill program has commenced at its high-grade Raney Gold Project located southwest of Timmins, Ontario, Canada (the “Raney Gold Project” or “Property”). The drill program will include approximately 11 drill holes which will range in depth between 200 metres and 350 metres to test the strike and down-plunge extent of the high-grade intercepts identified during the previous drilling programs.

Raney Gold Project Location Map:

"We are excited to continue drilling the high-priority targets at our strategically located Raney Gold Project." said Grant Ewing, CEO of Rockridge Resources. “Our team has carefully selected targets to follow-up on the high-grade gold mineralization previously discovered at Raney, including a highlight intercept of 28 grams per tonne gold over 6 metres at approximately 100 metres depth from our last program. With only 5,500 metres of historical drilling at the Project, we have identified other prospective targets that will be drill tested with the intent of making new discoveries elsewhere on the property. This program will be an important catalyst for Rockridge in the coming months as we continue to see momentum building in the gold market.”
