Energy Fuels Completes Transaction With Uranium One for Acquisition of Key Uranium Resource Acreage at Whirlwind Mine; Adds 6600 Acres of Prospective Acreage in DOE Uranium Lease Auction

Energy Fuels Inc. (TSX:EFR) - Whirlwind Mine Resource Acquisition from Uranium One

Energy Fuels (TSX:EFR) has completed the acquisition from Uranium One of a Utah State uranium lease consisting of 320 acres in Grand County, Utah (\"Section 16\"). Section 16, surrounded on all sides by acreage currently controlled by Energy Fuels as part of the Whirlwind mining property, is a strategic fit with the Whirlwind mining plan. This lease brings the total acreage at Whirlwind owned or controlled by Energy Fuels to 4,750 contiguous acres.

Significant potential resource is indicated on Section 16 by the many historic mine workings on the adjoining Whirlwind claims heading directly toward it. The Whirlwind Mine is currently developed to less than 400 ft. from the Section 16 boundary.

Orezone Improves Essakane Economics With Updated Feasibility

Increased Reserves, Higher Annual Production and Accelerated Payback

Orezone Resources Inc. (TSX: OZN)(AMEX: OZN) is pleased to announce an update to the NI 43-101 compliant Definitive Feasibility Study (\"DFS\") for the Essakane Project in Burkina Faso, West Africa that was previously announced in September 2007. The NI 43-101 document, prepared by GMining in collaboration with Minproc and Snowdon, will be filed on Sedar within the next 30 days.

Summary of the principle changes to the DFS are as follows:

- Recoverable reserves have increased by 18% from 2.5Moz at 1.78 g/t to 3.0Moz at 1.67 g/t using a US$600 gold price as compared to US$500. The increase would be substantially higher using current spot prices due to the grade-tonnage relationship of the deposit.

Zazu\'s Drill Program Permitted at Lik Zinc-Lead-Silver Deposit

Zazu Metals Corporation (TSX: ZAZ) (\"Zazu\") is pleased to announce that it received the remaining permits for the 2008 exploration and development program of the 26.7mm tonne (Non-NI 43-101 compliant historical estimate) Lik zinc-lead-silver deposit, 22 km from the Red Dog zinc mine of Teck Cominco (TSX: TCK.B) (\"Teck\") in northwestern Alaska. The 2008 program is scheduled to begin June 1st as expected. Zazu will be running a two drill rig program to further the development of a NI 43-101 resource.

During the 2008 field season, Zazu intends to:

1. Establish a fully compliant NI 43-101 resource for the Lik South deposit based on 26,000 meters of drilling already completed and up to 10,000 meters planned for 2008.
