News Release: ICTS Plans to Re-enter the Airline Security Business in Europe

ICTS International N.V. (NASDAQ: ICTS - News), today reported that as of today, the non-competition clause restricting ICTS International's aviation security activities in Europe has expired.

ICTS International has made a strategic decision to reenter the European aviation security market with immediate effect through its new European subsidiary I-SEC International Security B.V. Mr. Doron Zicher (a long time executive of ICTS) will be assigned as I-SEC Managing Director.

Over the last three years, ICTS has been providing a variety of aviation security services in the Netherlands, the C.I.S and the USA, and has also provided various consultancy services in other non-European countries. I-SEC benefits from the in-depth expertise and broad international operational experience accumulated by ICTS in the sphere of aviation security since its founding more than two decades ago. I-SEC will continue developing innovative aviation security methods and providing the high level of professionalism and customer dedication which is the foundation of ICTS business. I-SEC will also have available to it the technology support of ICTS Technology. Effective immediately, I-SEC will offer its clients its unique professional services and innovative solutions developed in-house.

These services and products include, among others: security profiling; integrated services, such as security & customer services, clean & search, etc.; travel documentation services; HBS operation; checkpoint screening; cargo security services; security consulting (security surveys and audits, risk assessments, security concept and system development, etc.); and a variety of training programs.

I-SEC's headquarters will join ICTS International's headquarters at Amstelveen, the Netherlands.
