General Moly Announces Nevada State District Court Order Supporting Nevada State Engineer's Approval of Mt. Hope Water Rights

General Moly, Inc. (the "Company") (NYSE MKT and TSX: GMO) today, announced that a Nevada State District Court ("the Court") issued its Order affirming the Nevada State Engineer's ("the NSE") Ruling of July 2011 approving the Mt. Hope Project's water rights and the NSE's December 2011 and January 2012 issuance of water permits for the Mt. Hope Project.

The 59 page Order, which has been posted to the Press Release section of the Company's website, describes the Petitioners' arguments before the Court and denies all Petitioners' respective petitions for Judicial Review.

450 Metre Step-Out Hole Yields 6.6% Graphite over 170.0 Metres Including 7.1% over 76.0 Metres

Zenyatta Ventures Ltd. ("Zenyatta" or "Company") (ZEN.V - News) is pleased to provide the following significant assay results from the current drilling campaign on the Albany Graphite Deposit.

Drill Hole #5 intersected a very large mineralized zone of graphitic breccia and veining, from 44.0 to 214.0 metres ('m') grading 6.6% C (graphite) over 170.0m. The upper graphite zone, from 44.0 to 132.0m, yielded 6.5% C over 88.0m while the lower graphite zone, from 138.0 to 214.0m graded 7.1% C over 76.0m. Individual samples assayed as high as 13.1% C.

Hole #5 (Z12-4F5) was collared 450 metres ('m') east of the original discovery drill hole (Z11-4F1) and drilled in a northerly direction at -65.

Rare Earth Metals Reports 6.17% C-Graphite from Manitouwadge Property

Rare Earth Metals Inc. ("Rare Earth Metals", "RA" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:RA)(OTCQX:RAREF)(PINKSHEETS:RAREF) is pleased to announce assay results from sampling completed during a recent due diligence prospecting program on the Manitouwadge Graphite Property. The property consists of 128 staked claim units totaling 2072 hectares, located approximately 30 kilometers north of the town of Manitouwadge in northwestern Ontario. RA owns a 100% interest in the claims.

A total of six surface grab samples were taken during the prospecting program and assay values range from 0.2% to 6.17% graphite. The samples were collected from an area 900 meters by 300 meters in size and encompass the Thomas Lake Road Graphite Occurrence.

Zenyatta Ventures Intersects Wide Zones of GRAPHITE in 200 Metre Step-Outs North and South of Original Discovery Hole

Zenyatta Ventures Ltd. ("Zenyatta" or "Company") (TSX VENTURE:ZEN.V - News) is pleased to announce an update on definition drilling at the Albany Graphite Deposit, located near Hearst in northeastern Ontario, Canada.

The second drill hole (Z12-4F2) into the Albany Graphite Deposit was designed to test the southern extent of the graphite breccia pipe. The Company collared the hole 200 metres ('m') south of the original discovery drill hole (Z11-4F1), outside the limit of the geophysical anomaly model in order to define the contact of the graphitic breccia body. The drill hole defined this contact and intersected a wide zone of graphitic breccia, where the breccia pipe model predicted it would be located.

Montero Signs MoU With Star Earth Minerals for the Proposed Supply of Rare Earths From Wigu Hill, Tanzania

Montero Mining and Exploration Ltd. (TSX-V: MON.V - News) ("Montero") has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding ("MoU") with Star Earth Minerals (Pvt) Limited ("Star"), a rare earth chemical company based in Mumbai, India. Star is seeking to secure a consistent supply of Light Rare Earths from Montero's Wigu Hill REE Project in order to supply its customers in the glass, ceramic and catalyst industries.

The main objective of the MoU is to outline the basis of cooperation between Star and Montero with the objective of signing an off-take agreement for Star to purchase mixed rare earth and cerium carbonate from Montero.
