Nevada Sunrise drill program mobilization underway at Neptune lithium property in Clayton Valley, Nevada

VANCOUVER , March 2, 2016  - Nevada Sunrise Gold Corporation ("Nevada Sunrise" or the "Company") (NEV.V) is pleased to announce it has commenced mobilization of a drilling program to explore for lithium brines on the Neptune property ("Neptune", or the "Property") located in the Clayton Valley of Nevada, USA .

The U.S. Bureau of Land Management has approved 10 exploration drill hole locations at Neptune, and Nevada Sunrise plans to drill up to three vertical holes to depths ranging from approximately 380 to 480 metres as an initial test of the interpreted Neptune sub-basin. A member of the Company's geological team is on site to supervise final preparations for the drilling program. Access roads and drill pads for the first two holes have been constructed in the past few days and a third site is under construction. Drilling is expected to begin on or about March 6, 2016 .

Nemaska Lithium Provides Update on Phase 1 Lithium Hydroxide Plant Construction Schedule

QUEBEC CITY, QUEBEC--(Feb 2, 2016) - Nemaska Lithium Inc. ("Nemaska Lithium" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:NMX)(NMKEF) is pleased to provide a general update on its Phase 1 Lithium Hydroxide Plant. The Phase 1 Plant is designed to produce 500 tonnes per year of high purity lithium hydroxide. Construction of the Phase 1 Plant is expected to start during Q1-2016 and be completed during Q4-2016. On this matter, the City of Shawinigan will complete shortly the re-zoning process required to allow the Corporation to operate the Phase 1 and Commercial Hydromet plants at this location.

Earlier today, Nemaska Lithium announced receipt of the first installment of $2.1M from Sustainable Development Technology Canada (SDTC). Accordingly, the Corporation is in advanced discussions with key suppliers and intends to issue purchase orders in the coming weeks for certain equipment required for the construction of the Phase 1 Lithium Hydroxide Plant. In addition, Nemaska Lithium has commenced detailed engineering with a start-up target of Q4-2016 for the Phase 1 Plant.

Nemaska Lithium Receives Notice of Allowance for its Lithium Hydroxide and Lithium Carbonate Process Patent

QUEBEC CITY, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Oct 19, 2015) - October 19, 2015. Nemaska Lithium Inc. ("Nemaska Lithium" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:NMX)(NMKEF) is pleased to announce that it has obtained a Notice of Allowance in Canada concerning Canadian Patent Application 2,874,917 that describes its proprietary process of preparing lithium hydroxide and lithium carbonate from spodumene sources using membrane electrolysis. Nemaska is also pursuing patent protection on this process in multiple global jurisdictions.

In addition, the Corporation has received very positive feedback from the international examiners in charge of examining Nemaska Lithium's international applications WO 2015/058288 and WO 2015/123762. These patent applications cover different technologies and processes for preparing lithium hydroxide. Finally the Corporation recently filed a new patent application in the United States (US 62/210,977) which is related to a new electrochemical process for making lithium hydroxide. In total, Nemaska Lithium now owns rights to 13 pending patent applications that are represented by 7 different patent families.

Nevada Sunrise Acquires Neptune Lithium Property In Nevada

VANCOUVER, Sept. 21, 2015 - Nevada Sunrise Gold Corporation ("Nevada Sunrise" or the "Company") (TSXV:NEV.V -) is pleased to announce it has entered into a definitive agreement (the "Agreement") for an option to purchase the Neptune property ("Neptune, or the "Property") located in the Clayton Valley, Esmeralda County, Nevada, USA.

For an option to purchase a 100% interest in Neptune, Nevada Sunrise has agreed to issue to the vendors up to 1,000,000 common shares of the Company, with 200,000 common shares to be issued upon execution of the Agreement and TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") acceptance of the Agreement, and further share issuances on subsequent anniversaries of the effective date of the Agreement, as follows:

• 1st Anniversary:                                300,000 common shares
• 2nd Anniversary                                500,000 common shares
