News Release: New TSX Venture Listing!

Star Navigation Systems Group Ltd., (SNA TSX-V) a Toronto-based company and a developer of new systems in aviation safety and fleet management, commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange today.

Star's initial product, the In-Flight Safety Monitoring System (ISMS(TM)), is one of the first systems in the world to offer connection between an airplane and the ground for real-time analysis and monitoring of on-board airplane systems. The ISMS(TM) has been in development since 2000 and the Company is very proud to bring this new level of safety and fleet management to the aviation industry. "An increased number of flights, larger capacity aircraft and shorter travel time to destinations are just a few of the elements that are placing significant pressure on the aviation industry and are prompting operators to deliver." The sooner a problem is detected, the sooner it can be resolved or managed. This reduces the possibility of operational issues becoming a catalyst to further problems or incidents.

Future applications that could be developed include medical monitoring, environmental monitoring, audio-video, internet access and video-on-demand.
