News Release: Wildcard Wireless Announces $11.25 Million Sales and Distribution Agreement

Wildcard Wireless Solutions Inc. (Wildcard) (WDC - TSX-V) announces that it has entered into an exclusive Canadian White Label distribution agreement for Wildcard's products with Maxco Wireless Solutions Inc. (Maxco) of Vancouver, British Columbia.

Under the terms of the Agreement Maxco will spend a minimum of $2,250,000 per year on Wildcard's products in order to maintain its distributorship rights. The Agreement is for 5 years with an automatic renewal of 5 years thereafter.

Maxco has placed an initial purchase order valued at approximately $900,000 on which it is required to pay a deposit within 21 days. Maxco will immediately begin promoting Wildcard's TransAKT(TM) units to their existing clientele as well as to prospective clients who have been requesting wireless (POS) point-of-sale technology.

Commenting on the agreement, Mr. Daniel Pomerleau, Wildcard's President states, "We are very excited about our strategic alliance with Maxco. This agreement marks another milestone for us on our road to becoming a leading supplier of wireless point-of-sale devices in Canada and the United States. With Maxco's experience and sales network in our corner, we feel we have a strong handle on the Canadian White Label market."

On the Agreement Mr. Graham Maxmenko, Maxco Wireless Solutions Inc.'s President comments, "Until now, we have not been happy with the offerings in the POS market place.
