News Release: Over $4 Million in Billing and Clearing Incremental Contracts

BSD Software Inc. announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Triton Global Communications has entered into further contracts with two leading U.S. Operator Service Providers (OSP) to provide billing and clearing for Canadian originated collect and third party calls. The aggregate value of these contracts is in excess of $ 4M per year and is in addition to existing agreements already in place. Under the terms of the agreements, Triton is responsible for rating the calls, applying appropriate provincial and federal taxes, placing the charge onto the Canadian telephone bill of the person initiating the call and collecting the revenue on behalf of the OSP.
