News Release: C-COM Reports 57% Revenue Increase for Fourth Quarter

C-COM Satellite Systems Inc. (TSXV: CMI) today reported a 57% increase in year over year fourth quarter revenues from $484,146 in 2001 to $759,719 in 2002.
The revenues from the third quarter of 2002 to the fourth quarter of 2002 increased by 14% while the loss over the same period was reduced by almost 600%. Total revenue generated for the fiscal year was $2,854,019 as compared to $906,905 for fiscal 2001 an increase of over 314%. 'This interim financial report for the last quarter is indicative of C-COM's progress during fiscal year 2002. Our customer base is increasing rapidly from month to month and this is confirmed by our revenue growth. Our mobile platforms are going to be delivering new subscribers and generating additional revenues starting in the first quarter of 2003'said Leslie Klein, President and CEO of C-COM Satellite System Inc.

The C-COM iNetVu Mobile proprietary antennas and services associated with these products will generate additional product sales and recurring revenues for C-Com. This revenue will be derived from mobile users of the iNetVu technology such as RV owners, trucks, mobile homes, construction trailers, utility vehicles, oil and gas platforms, police and emergency vehicles, and others who have a requirement for 2-way high-speed satellite based Internet connection wherever they travel. The C-COM developed iNetVu mobile antennas also deliver DirecTV satellite television into vehicles simultaneously with Internet access to US customers and Bell ExpressVu TV services for the Canadian mobile market. C-COM will also be selling its proprietary mobile technology to other resellers in Europe, Africa and Australia.
