News Release: BioEnvelop Announces a Second Consecutive Month of Record Sales

BioEnvelop Technologies Corporation (the 'Company'or 'BioEnvelop') (BIE - TSX Venture Exchange) is pleased to announce that the monthly sales for the month of March 2004 has reached a record level for a second consecutive month.

The billings for products for the month of March 2004 totalled $64,273, the highest monthly product sales to-date for the Company. This represents a 53.7% increase over the reported sales of $41,819 for February 2004.

'This increase in sales demonstrates BioEnvelop's ability to deliver in the marketplace by turning successful applications into actual sales', said Nagui Naoum, President and Chief Executive Officer of BioEnvelop Technologies Corporation. 'In addition, we want to inform our shareholders, that our products are helping our customers reach and maintain a leadership position within their own marketplace. As a case in point; one of BioEnvelop's products has helped a client active in the protein energy bar market to launch one of the industry's fastest growing bars. Our main objective is to help our clients succeed by providing sound technology, and our recent gains demonstrate that the challenges we face will be positively met', concluded Mr. Naoum.
