London, 22 March 2004: The Northern Ireland Social Security Agency (NISSA) has procured Chordiant Solutions' software and services to provide a Pensions Credit solution. Partnering with IBM and specialist systems integrator Quicksilva, the development of this solution is central to the provision of NISSA's Pension Service to the community of Northern Ireland.

The Agency's vision is to deliver high quality, customer focused employment and welfare services to the people of Northern Ireland in line with government policy. The Chordiant 5 product portfolio consists of tools to help B2C enterprises increase the value of customer relationships through more consistent, efficient and effective interactions.
