News Release: Wex Begins Trading on Toronto Stock Exchange

International Wex Technologies Inc. (the 'Company'or 'Wex') is pleased to announce that the Company's common shares commenced trading today on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Wex has retained the trading symbol 'WXI'. The company's common shares no longer trade on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Advancing to the Toronto Stock Exchange marks a significant milestone for the company. The senior TSX Exchange will provide access to a larger investment market for our next stage of growth. International Wex Technologies Inc., a publicly listed neuro-bioscience company (WXI), is focused on the development and commercialization of innovative drug products, primarily for pain management. The Company's lead compound, Tetrodotoxin, a sodium channel blocker, is the platform for the Company's development of a portfolio of proprietary products in the field of analgesia, drug addiction withdrawal treatment, and local anaesthesia.
