Changepoint SBE is an ASP, or hosted PSA offering based on Changepoint's market leading Professional Services Automation (PSA) solution. Configured specifically for services organizations needing an easy to deploy solution, Changepoint SBE comes bundled with one week of services for consulting, configuration and training, removing the complexity demanded by large organizations. Changepoint SBE is based on the same software that global organizations such as NCR and Electrolux use to run their services business.
