EasyLink Services Corporation (Nasdaq: EASY), a leading global provider of services that power the exchange of information between enterprises, their trading communities and their customers, today announced the international expansion of its Integrated Desktop suite of services to now support a total of 18 countries in 38 cities worldwide. EasyLink’s Fax to E-mail capabilities have been extended to reach into Portugal, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Austria, Switzerland and Ireland, significantly extending the company’s potential marketplace. This latest expansion comes on the heels of the implementation of Integrated Desktop nodes in Hong Kong, Korea, India, United Kingdom, Singapore and Brazil, the bulk of which were installed in the 1st Quarter 2003. Demand for an expanded global footprint was initiated by many of EasyLink’s multinational customers; as they expand their businesses globally, their business process capabilities must also be able to meet this growth.
With thousands of companies already using EasyLink to replace their costly fax machines and fax servers with its efficient and reliable outsourced Integrated Desktop Messaging solution, and the high demand from the international business marketplace for these services, EasyLink made the decision to further expand their international presence.

The addition of Fax to E-mail will allow businesses to make their desktops the centre of their business transactions. The service enables messages to be delivered directly to a PC even if the sender is using a fax machine. Businesses will see increased productivity, eliminate fax servers and machines, use less paper, and maintain an archived library of materials.
