Enpar receives $1.5M order for water treatment plant

SKion and la Caisse partner to Acquire Ovivo for Cash Consideration of $4.00 per Share; 38% 30-day VWAP Premium

Key Transaction Highlights
Purchase Price of $4.00 in cash per Share represents a premium of 28.2% to the SVS closing price on July 12, 2016 , a premium of 38.1% to the 30-day volume weighted average SVS price and a premium of 64.1% to the 90-day volume weighted average on the TSX and equivalent to approximately 11x fiscal 2016 EBITDA(1) .
Board of Ovivo unanimously recommends that holders of SVS and MVS (other than la Caisse) vote in favor of the transaction.
SKion is an investment company owned by German entrepreneur Susanne Klatten with a strong track record of investing in water technology companies, and is partnering with la Caisse, a long-time shareholder of Ovivo, which is increasing its ownership to 30% post-transaction.
Ovivo will continue to be operated as a standalone company while leveraging SKion's water treatment expertise with its other portfolio companies.
Strong commitment from SKion to maintain Ovivo's head office in Québec for the long term and to keep the current management team in place, led by Marc Barbeau, President and Chief Executive Officer.

Robix Receives First Commercial Contract for C20 Clean Ocean Vessel

LETHBRIDGE, ALBERTA -- 06/20/16 Robix Environmental Technologies, Inc. ("Robix" or the "Corporation") (CSE:RZX)(FRANKFURT:R0X) is pleased to announce that it has received a firm C Series equipment order, to lease the services of a Robix C20 clean ocean oil recovery vessel, from Corporation T&M S. A. de C. V. of Villahermosa, Tabasco, Mexico. ("T&M") (See Robix news release dated June 10th, 2016). Robix will lease the C20 through its wholly owned Mexican subsidiary Corris Technologies Mexico S.A. de C.V. ("Corris"). Under the lease agreement, Robix will build and own the C20 and train T&M staff to operate the equipment. Per the lease agreement T&M will pay Robix a total sum of to $29,700,409 MXN (approx. CAD$2,040,000). The contracted service will be paid monthly at a rate of $1,237,517.00 MXN (approx. CAD$85,000) for a term of 24 months.
 
The C20 will collect oil or hydrocarbon containing materials in the work area, either in case of environmental emergency or as a result of the daily maintenance operation. Robix will also provide staff training to T&M for the proper operation of the equipment. Maintenance of equipment and warranty materials will be the responsibility of Robix and are included in the monthly fee.

H2O Innovation awarded new water treatment contracts worth $8.9 million and its sales backlog reaches $44.3 million

QUEBEC CITY, Nov. 5, 2015  - (TSXV:HEO.V - News) – H2O Innovation Inc. ("H2O Innovation" or the "Company") announces today that it was recently awarded three new contracts in an aggregate amount of $8.9 million for the design of potable water treatment systems. These new contracts bring the sales backlog to a high level of $44.3 million as at November 5, 2015, excluding the sales backlog from its Specialty Products and Services business lines (PWT, Piedmont and H2O Innovation Maple).

H2O Innovation is proud to have been selected by three different water authorities for the design, manufacture and commissioning of ultrafiltration (UF) systems to service municipal clients. These systems, located in Oregon, Texas and Virginia, will each be designed using the FiberFlexTM skid, an open platform technology developed by H2O Innovation allowing interchangeability between different brands of UF membrane modules.

Robix to Co-Market XBOOM(R) Floating Fence Oil Containment Products

LETHBRIDGE, ALBERTA--(Oct. 26, 2015) - Robix Alternative Fuels, Inc. The parties have found their respective lines of environmental protection products to be extremely complimentary and have agreed to share marketing efforts and represent the other party's products in specific territories and vertical markets.
