Positive Results Prompt Alberta Client to Increase Use of Powerwave Wavefront to Initially Provide 35 to 50 Additional Powerwave Systems

(TSX-V:WEE ) (PINK SHEETS:WFTSF) ("Wavefront"), a world leader in providing innovative solutions for increasing oil field production and enhancing the treatment of contaminated groundwater, is pleased to announce that based on convincing Powerwave results obtained in Eastern Alberta the client is expanding the use of Powerwave to three locations from one. For competitive reasons the client and field locations cannot be named.

After 24 months of operation in Eastern Alberta, the 3 Powerwave-driven injection patterns in the field, influencing 16 production wells, have shown a 68 per cent drop in oil production decline rate; a 240 per cent increase in oil cut (proportion of oil per barrel of produced fluid); and more than 51,700 barrels of incremental oil.

Tri-Tech Holding Awarded $1.6M Municipal Sewage Treatment Contract

Tri-Tech Holding Inc. (Nasdaq: TRIT), a premier Chinese company that engineers, manages and monitors municipal sewer systems, natural waterways and other Chinese water resources, announced today it has received a $1.6 million contract for a sewage treatment plant from the Construction Bureau of Kuancheng Manchu Autonomous County in Chengde City, Hebei Province.

The RMB10,887,800 contract for the Kuancheng County sewage treatment plant is a key Chengde City project for reduction of wastewater discharge. The plant will have a daily sewage treatment capacity of 20,000 tons that can be expanded to a maximum capacity of 30,000 tons. Kuancheng County has a population of 240,000 that will benefit from this project.

Cadiz Signs Letters of Intent with Five California Water Providers

Today Cadiz Inc. (NASDAQ: CDZI) announced that it has executed Letters of Intent (LOI) with a broad collection of Southern California water providers to develop a cost-sharing agreement, finalize terms of pricing, design and capital allocation and work towards implementation of its water conservation and storage project. These providers together serve more than 3 million water customers across the region.

Signing the LOIs are four public municipal water agencies and Golden State Water Company, California’s second largest publicly-traded water utility. These providers serve customers in California’s San Bernardino, Riverside, Los Angeles, Orange and Ventura Counties. The Company expects to add additional participants for other aspects of the project.
