Osisko Expansion Drilling Adds New High Grade at Lynx

177 g/t Au Over 3.0 Metres

TORONTO, March 17, 2021  -- Osisko Mining Inc. (OSK:TSX. "Osisko" or the "Corporation") is pleased to provide new analytical results from the ongoing drill program at its 100% owned Windfall gold project located in the Abitibi greenstone belt, Urban Township, Eeyou Istchee James Bay, Québec.

Drilling is currently focused on the Lynx deposit. Significant new analytical results presented below include 66 intercepts in 22 drill holes (5 from surface, 17 from underground) and 21 wedges. The intercepts are located outside the February 2021 mineral resource estimate (“MRE”) (see Osisko news release dated February 17, 2021) and either expand resource wireframes or are located in a defined zone or corridor but do not yet correlate to a specific wireframe.

Osisko Chief Executive Officer John Burzynski commented: “Today’s expansion results in Lynx and Triple Lynx continue to confirm the growth potential of these zones. The higher-grade intercept in OSK-W-20-2381-W1 extends Lynx 90 metres from the nearest MRE block and WST-20-0602 extends Triple Lynx 100 metres from the nearest MRE block”.

Significant new analytical results presented below include 40 intercepts in 18 drill holes (15 from surface, 3 from underground) and 11 wedges. The intercepts are located outside the February 2021 mineral resource estimate (see Osisko news release dated February 17, 2021) and either expand resource wireframes or are located in a defined zone or corridor but do not yet correlate to a specific wireframe.

Osisko Chief Executive Officer John Burzynski commented: “Windfall continues to grow in scale across the deposit as demonstrated by today’s results in five different zones, all of which still remain open to growth.”

Selected intercepts include: 58.7 g/t Au over 4.6 metres in OSK-W-20-2421; 39.2 g/t Au over 2.5 metres in OSK-W-20-2399-W1; 36.8 g/t Au over 2.3 metres in OSK-W-20-2410-W1; 21.2 g/t Au over 3.6 metres in OSK-W-21-2467-W1; and 36.2 g/t Au over 2.0 metres in OSK-W-21-2462. Amex Reports Multiple High Grade Gold Drill ResultsUp to 17.89 g/t Au over 8.40 meters from the HGZ at Perron

MONTREAL, QC /March 11, 2021 / Amex Exploration Inc. ("Amex"or the"Company") (TSXV:AMX)(FRA:MX0)(OTCQX:AMXEF)is pleased to report a number of high grade drill results focused on expansion and definition of the High Grade Zone ("HGZ") of the Eastern Gold Zone ("EGZ") of the Perron Gold Project, Quebec.

Today's results significantly confirm expectations of the continuity of the HGZ as Amex works to drill off its maiden resource on the PerronProject. Highlights are detailed below, and a complete list of results is available in Table 1 and presented in Figure 2.In addition to the results detailed below, Amex is waiting on over 15,000 samples at the lab from holes targeting the HGZ, Denise, and Grey Cat Zone, as well as regional exploration drilling.(Figure 1)

Hole PE-20-187W2 intersected:
49.04 g/t Au over 2.20 m including 106.04 g/t Au over 0.55 m and 87.92 g/t Au over 0.55 m at a vertical depth of approximately 1,060 m.
Hole PE-20-216 intersected:
13.94 g/t Au over 3.25 m at a vertical depth of approximately 260 m.
Hole PE-20-224W1 intersected:
10.37 g/t Au over 6.00 m at a vertical depth of approximately 800 m.

Unigold Identifies NEW, Near Surface, High Grade Mineralization at Candelones Extension

LP20-167 intersected 12.0 meters averaging 5.9 g/t Au and 18.0 g/t Ag in a new zone of mineralization east and stratigraphically above Target A;
LP20-167 intersected anomalous disseminated mineralization over 328 meters, averaging 1.2 g/t Au;
LP20-169 intersected a new zone of blind oxide mineralization just below the collar at surface, returning 14.0m @ 2.11 g/t Au.
LP20-169 intersected two broad zones of mineralization, the first extending from surface to 154 meters averaging 0.58 g/t Au and a second, deeper interval of 43 meters averaging 0.76 g/t Au;
All mineralized intervals lie outside the current mineral resource optimization limit;
Both holes intersected Target A as planned with LP20-167 returning 33.0m @ 4.89 g/t Au with 0.4% Cu and LP20-169 reporting 26.0m averaging 0.97 g/t Au with 0.11% Cu;
Both holes will be extended to intersect Target B at depth.
