Terraco Gold (TEN TSXV)
Fall is in the air here in northern New Jersey today. It is change of seasons after a blazing hot summer.
It has been a summer of discontent amongst the junior resource sector.
It is hard to explain value when the market for the “Penny Dreadful” (and there are a lot of them) simply does not want to recognize value, or to care. This market is scared. However we see a bottom and a turn in the TSXV index that will coincide with the fall and the colour that is coming.
Take a look at the recent meanderings of the Canadian Venture index (composed mostly of resource stocks). You have to like everything about this chart because it sure does look like a bottom is in. That will be good for so many of these juniors that are struggling at present.
