HSL (Hay Systems Limited), an independent privately funded mobile network operator and provider of mobile services and infrastructure are delighted to be celebrating 10 years in business. Since the formation of HSL in November 1999, the company have experienced significant growth under the direction of Mark Hay, HSL’s Managing and Technical Director. Having been firmly established as a leading reputable provider of SMS messaging services with a strong focus on the technical aspects of telecommunications, HSL widened their capabilities to operate mobile network services. HSL’s Mobile Networks division was introduced in 2008 to develop and market network elements, including SMSCs, AuCs, HLRs, MSCs, VLRs, BSCs and GSM femtocell and picocell base stations to other mobile network operators. One important recent development is the HSL 2.75G Femtocell which is a low power and low cost GSM base station and works with all 2G and 3G mobile handsets.
After 10 years SMS continues to be a core service for HSL under the Mobile Messaging division of the company, through which HSL offer high quality mobile messaging services and solutions worldwide. HSL's robust technical infrastructure, coupled with their innovative developments in SS7 connectivity, positions HSL uniquely within the industry as a highly skilled and experienced SMS service provider with a commitment to resilience and reliability, quality client relationships and innovative network infrastructure enhancements.
