4th August 2009, Hemel Hempstead, UK – Following on from the successful events held in April this year, Telephonetics VIP, the speech automation specialist, is pleased to announce the next phase of its renowned Health and Public Sector technology days and User Group forum taking place 13-15 October 2009. These events will be held at The Belfry, Birmingham.
The Health technology day takes place on Tuesday 13th October 2009. Delegates will discover about innovation and quality of care at the heart of the NHS. Delegates looking to improve patient and staff communications will participate in discussions about transforming communications, meeting targets and patient service goals, achieving cost savings and process efficiencies. The day will showcase solutions deployed to enable Trusts to cope with developments such as the ‘Swine Flu’ pandemic.
Industry spokesperson Victor Almeida, Senior Health Analyst at Kable, will also present on the challenging times facing the NHS when Government papers quote innovation and quality of care in tandem with cost cutting and frozen budgets.
At the Public Sector technology day on Thursday 15th October 2009, delegates will discover how, in challenging times, Telephonetics VIP can help to make a difference to their organisations. Speakers will explore and share how to achieve value for money and improve customer or student satisfaction levels. The day includes plenary sessions showcasing several award commended customer innovations and service delivery initiatives. Richard Hewitt, Assistant Director responsible for Transformation at Suffolk County Council will detail this four star council’s journey toward “Maximum Efficiency” and share some lessons learned.
Telephonetics VIP customers can also benefit from attending the User Group meeting on 14th October providing users with regular updates on key areas such as future product and service direction, current industry topics as well as allowing customers the opportunity to share, influence and interact in a closed forum.
