Unique Model Helps Simulate Key Characteristics of Complicated Urban Areas
Gatineau, Quebec – October 8, 2008 – Mentum® announced today that TELUS has entered into a multi-year agreement to purchase Mentum Planet® radio frequency planning software and related solutions. This unique software enables TELUS engineers to simulate wireless networks across different areas and terrains, including urban and suburban regions, to help them determine how to best design cellular towers to better serve their clients.

In addition to Mentum Planet software licenses, TELUS selected Mentum’s Universal Model to provide highly accurate simulation for its radio frequency planning needs.
