LONDON, UK- 22 February 2011 - Hitachi Consulting UK today announced the promotion of Sarah Edwards to Vice President of the Oracle Practice for the company’s UK-based operations. With more than 15 years Oracle experience, having previously managed Edenbrook’s Oracle practice, Sarah will be responsible for spearheading Hitachi Consulting UK’s dedicated Oracle business unit and further build on the increased market momentum gained over the last few months.
Sarah will be instrumental in leveraging the Sierra Atlantic acquisition agreement announced in January 2011, which will bring expanded capabilities to Hitachi Consulting’s Oracle business, including stronger alignment with US capabilities and a greater global offshore footprint in India and China.
