Solar Alliance to Build 2.4 MW Solar Project in Southeast United States

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, March 14, 2018  -- Solar Alliance Energy Inc. (‘Solar Alliance’ or the ‘Company’) (TSX-V:SOLR) is pleased to announce it will build a 2.4 MW commercial solar project (the ‘Project’) for a Fortune Global 500 company in the Southeast U.S. The Company will design, engineer and construct the 2.4 megawatt ground mount solar project. The Project is the largest sold to date by Solar Alliance and is equivalent to building 480 average-sized residential solar systems. Solar Alliance has already secured equipment for the Project and solar panels have already been delivered to site.  Estimated completion for the Project is Q3 2018.

Sunworks Announces Largest Contract Award to Date

ROSEVILLE, Calif., Sept. 29, 2017 -- Sunworks, Inc. The new project directly supports an initiative from the end-customer to reduce costs and meet recent renewable energy goals. Sunworks will design, engineer, procure and install a combination of parking canopy and ground mount solar solutions at multiple locations. The projects are expected to result in reduced energy costs while establishing a definitive, long term pricing structure for the customer.

SPI Energy Co., Ltd. Announces Successful Grid Connection of a 3.28 Megawatts DG project in Suqian, Jiangsu Province

HONG KONG, June 30, 2017  -- SPI Energy Co., Ltd. (“SPI Energy” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ:SPI), a global clean energy market place for business, residential, government and utility customers and investors, today announced successful grid connection of 3.28 megawatts DG project (the “Project”) in Suqian, Jiangsu Province.
As previously announced on February 15, 2017, Xinwei Intelligent Power (Suzhou) Co. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, entered into a binding agreement with BOE Technology Group Co., Ltd. to provide engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services. As of today, the Project has successfully commissioned grid connection.
