Lieberman Software announced today that it is now offering extensive multilingual support for the web interface of its flagship privileged identity management solution, Enterprise Random Password Manager™ (ERPM).

The ERPM interface now provides native support for Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Hungarian, Arabic and Chinese (Simplified and Traditional). Lieberman Software also provides easily updated open resource files for additional language support. This technology extends support to languages not natively included in ERPM.

“The rise in data breaches and regulatory compliance violations caused by unsecured privileged accounts has increased dramatically worldwide,” said Philip Lieberman, president and CEO of Lieberman Software. “As a result, we’ve seen a spike in the demand for privileged identity management products in all regions of the world. Our multinational customers have also told us that they’re looking for solutions to provide better support to their regional offices. The new multilingual capabilities in ERPM are in direct response to this demand and to the requests of our international partners and customers.”

ERPM automatically discovers privileged accounts on the network, regularly changes each account’s password to a unique value, and deploys the password changes wherever they are used in the data center. It helps control access to an organization’s most sensitive data by fully auditing administrative access to systems and applications in the IT infrastructure.

The product’s web interface, which now provides multilingual support, enables authorized users to retrieve the current password for a privileged account via a secure gateway, with complete password recovery workflows. The web interface supports standard web browsers on all major platforms, as well as mobile devices. Access to the password store, and other web interface features, can be restricted to specific groups, users or accounts.

Lieberman Software is exhibiting its new multilingual functionality in booth 813 at Microsoft Tech-Ed 2012 in Orlando this week.
