Covenant Resources Announces the Issuance of Stock Options

Covenant Resources Ltd. (CVA - CNSX),(the "Company") wishes to announce that it has granted an aggregate of 1,000,000 stock options to certain directors, officers and consultants of the Company. The options have a term of five (5) years and an exercise price of $0.34 per share.

The Company Trades on the CNSX under the trading symbol "CVA".
