LogMeIn Announces Third Quarter 2012 Results

Reports Quarterly Revenue of $35.4 Million; GAAP Net Income Per Share of $0.03; Non-GAAP Net Income Per Share of $0.18

LogMeIn, Inc. (LOGM), a leading provider of essential cloud and mobile services, today announced its results for the quarter ended September 30, 2012.

For the third quarter of 2012, total revenue increased 14 percent to $35.4 million, up from $31.0 million reported in the third quarter of 2011. Total subscription revenue increased 21 percent to $34.9 million, up from $28.8 million in the third quarter of 2011.

GAAP net income for the third quarter of 2012 was $718,000, or $0.03 per diluted share. This compares to GAAP net income of $1.1 million, or $0.04 per diluted share, reported in the third quarter of 2011.

Ninetowns Announces Receipt of "Going Private" Proposal

 Ninetowns Internet Technology Group Company Limited (NINE) ("Ninetowns" or the "Company"), one of China's leading providers of online solutions for international trade, today announced that its Board of Directors has received a preliminary non-binding proposal letter, dated October 12, 2012, from certain directors and officers of the Company, including Mr. Shuang Wang, Ms. Min Dong, Mr. Xiaoguang Ren, Mr. Kin Fai Ng, Mr. Bolin Wu, Mr. Zhonghai Xu, Mr. Tommy Siu Lun Fork and affiliates of some of these directors and officers (together, the "Consortium Members"), that proposes a "going-private" transaction involving the acquisition of all of the outstanding ordinary shares of the Company not already owned by the Consortium Members at a price per share in the range of US$1.80 to US$2.00 in cash (the "Transaction"). Each American depositary share of the Company represents one ordinary share.

Vringo Files Lawsuit against ZTE

Vringo Alleges Infringement over Handsets, Base Stations and Base Station Controllers

Vringo, Inc. (NYSE MKT: VRNG), a company engaged in the innovation, development and monetization of mobile technologies and intellectual property, today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Vringo Infrastructure, Inc., filed a patent infringement lawsuit against the UK subsidiary of ZTE Corporation (ZTE). ZTE describes itself as "a leading global provider of telecommunications equipment and network solutions," with recently reported annual revenue of US $13.7 billion (RMB 86.254 billion), according to filings with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. According to ZTE's public filings, the company generates its revenue primarily from the sale of telecommunications equipment and handsets.

Company Increases Full Year Revenue Outlook

Splunk Inc. (SPLK), the leading provider of software for real-time operational intelligence, today announced results for its fiscal second quarter ended July 31, 2012.
