Cray Agrees to Sell Interconnect Hardware Assets to Intel

Company to Host Conference Call to Discuss the Definitive Agreement

Global supercomputer leader Cray Inc. (CRAY - News) today announced it signed a definitive agreement to sell its interconnect hardware development program and related intellectual property to Intel Corporation (INTC - News) for $140 million in cash.

April 25th 2012 - Eckoh (AIM: ECK), the UK’s leading provider of speech recognition and associated payment solutions across voice, web and mobile channels, is pleased to announce it has won its first joint contract in the public sector with a two year agreement from Essex County Council (“the Council”).

Stratasys Announces Preliminary First Quarter 2012 Financial Results

Stratasys, Inc.
