“AI has driven us into a fourth industrial revolution, which has had a transformational impact across all sectors, and we believe it is only the beginning. This shift has resulted in the need for new capabilities for people and machines, whether in new or existing roles, and requires leaders to adapt to meet the demands of the future workplace. For organisations to succeed in this environment, they must have intuitive tools and technology at the core of their HR strategy, allowing every employee to realise their potential. We’re looking forward to inspiring UNLEASH attendees at our sessions, as well as continuing to be part of the strategic conversations in the European HR community,” said Vincent Belliveau, executive vice president and general manager of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), for Cornerstone.
