The prestigious award was presented at HR Tech World in Amsterdam and recognises Adam Miller for his outstanding contributions to HR technology

Amsterdam – 24 Oct. 2017- Cornerstone OnDemand (NASDAQ: CSOD), a global leader in cloud-based learning and human capital management software, today announced the presentation of HR Tech World’s Unleash Award to Cornerstone OnDemand’s Founder and CEO Adam Miller. The award recognises individuals who have revolutionised the industry and have helped pioneer HR transformation through technological innovation.

Presented by Jason Averbrook, CEO of LeapGen, on the Future of Work main stage at HR Tech World, Amsterdam, Adam Miller was commended for the impact he has made in the HR technology industry, his drive to innovate, as well as his ongoing mission to use technology to unleash the potential within all people. Previous winners of the award include Josh Bersin in 2016 and Naomi Bloom in 2015.

Adam Miller has over 17 years’ experience in the HR technology industry, founding Cornerstone in 1999 from his one-bedroom apartment and having since grown it into the company it is today – a global presence with more than 3,000 clients and 32 million users.

He is also an active social entrepreneur, helping drive a number of social initiatives including the Cornerstone OnDemand Foundation, which helps people who help people by focusing on education, workforce development and disaster relief.
