The Company engaged Gregory Bauer to lead the Company as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Bauer has over 20 years of experience in operations and product distribution having run business units with revenues in excess of $100 million. As a result of the acquisition, Mr. Bauer is a shareholder and a warrant holder of the Company.

The Company also appointed Warren Jackson to its Advisory Board to advise the board on utilizing its new assets. Mr. Jackson is among the owner and operators of W.L. Petrey Wholesale Company Inc. As a result of the acquisition, Mr. Jackson is a shareholder, warrant holder and a debt holder of the Company.
