U.S. Geothermal Forms Exploration Joint Venture in Nevada

U.S. Geothermal Inc. (Amex: HTM; TSX: GTH) (the \"Company\") announced today that it has entered into a joint venture agreement with Gerlach Green Energy LLC of Nevada (\"GGE\"). The target of the joint venture is the exploration of the Gerlach geothermal system, which is located in northwestern Nevada, at the town of Gerlach. The joint venture is located near the Company\'s Granite Creek leases that were recently acquired as part of the Empire geothermal power plant arrangement.

The JV agreement establishes a limited liability company named Gerlach Geothermal LLC. The agreement provides for a 60 percent U.S. Geothermal ownership interest in the joint venture by a subsidiary of the Company and a 40 percent ownership interest by GGE, with the Company expending $2,000,000 toward the project, of which $300,000 is a property contribution in the form of a BLM geothermal lease.

Endeavour Announces Gas Discovery in Norwegian North Sea

Endeavour International Corporation (Amex: END) (LSE: ENDV.L) today announced that the 6407/8-4S exploration well has discovered natural gas in the Jurassic Garn formation at the Galtvort prospect on production license 348 in the Norwegian North Sea. Comprehensive data collection and sampling were conducted. The Galtvort 6407/8-4S well was drilled to a vertical depth of 2,632 meters subsea (8,635 feet) in a water depth of 266 meters (873 feet).

The 6407/8-4A appraisal sidetrack well will be drilled immediately after the discovery well is finished and will target the Jurassic Garn and Ile formations in an up dip location approximately half a kilometer (2,000 feet) to the northeast of the bottom hole location of the discovery well.

Solarfun Reports 2008 First Quarter Results

Solarfun Power Holdings Co., Ltd. (“Solarfun” or “the Company”) (NASDAQ: SOLF), an established vertically-integrated manufacturer of silicon ingots and photovoltaic (PV) cells and modules in China, today reported its unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2008.

2008 FIRST QUARTER RESULTS

* Net revenue was RMB 1.20 billion (US$ 171.0 million), an increase of 529% from the fourth quarter of 2007.
* PV module shipments showed good momentum, reaching 40.3MW, which represented 40% growth over 4Q2007 and 517% from the first quarter last year.

Sino-Global Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering on NASDAQ Capital Market

Sino-Global Shipping America, Ltd. (Nasdaq: SINO) (\"Sino-Global\"), a leading, non-state-owned provider of shipping agency services in China, today announced its initial public offering of 1,229,032 shares of common stock at a price of $7.75 per share. The common stock will begin trading on the NASDAQ Capital Market on May 21, 2008 under the ticker symbol \"SINO.\"

Of the 1,229,032 shares sold in the offering, all of the shares were sold by Sino-Global.

Anderson & Strudwick, Inc. acted as the lead placement agent for the offering.
