Quantum and Asola Awarded $17 Million Solar Module Supply Contract by a Leading German Solar System Supplier

Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies Worldwide, Inc. (Nasdaq: QTWW) today announced that its German solar partner, Asola Advanced and Automotive Solar Systems GmbH, has won a $17 million contract from Sunworx GmbH, for the supply of high-efficiency silicon photovoltaic solar modules. Sunworx, which is one of the leading solar system suppliers in Germany, will take delivery of these modules in 2008.

Nestle USA and Jamba Juice Launch Ready-to-Drink Beverages

Nestlé USA, part of Nestlé, S.A., the world’s largest food and beverage company, and Jamba Juice, the leading blender of fruit and other naturally healthy ingredients, today announced the launch of a line of Jamba® ready-to-drink beverages made with real fruit and boosted with extra nutrients.

Jamba Smoothies and Jamba Juicies are now available in major grocery retailers, convenience stores and select Jamba Juice store locations in eight Western states: California, Oregon, Utah, Nevada, Arizona, Idaho, Washington and Colorado. Sharing Digital Dividend Spectrum Could Boost French Economy By An Extra EUR25bn, Says Report

PARIS, FRANCE, 27 MAY 2008 – A new study from telecoms and media consulting firm Analysys (now Analysys Mason) and law firm Hogan & Hartson for the French telecoms regulator helps to identify the most efficient use that France can make of the spectrum released by the digital switch-over.

France is the centre of an increasingly heated debate over how best to reallocate spectrum that is currently being used for analogue broadcasting. By 2012, the switch-over from analogue to digital television in France will have freed up a significant amount of ultra high frequency (UHF) spectrum. This spectrum will then be reallocated, generating what has become known as the ‘digital dividend’.
