Royal Bank of Canada declares dividends

Royal Bank of Canada (RY on TSX and NYSE) today declared a quarterly common share dividend of $0.50 per share, payable on November 24, 2008, to common shareholders of record on October 27, 2008.

The board also declared dividends on the following Non-Cumulative First Preferred Shares, payable on November 24, 2008, to shareholders of record on October 27, 2008.

- Series W, Dividend No. 15 of $0.30625 per share.
- Series AA, Dividend No. 11 of $0.278125 per share.
- Series AB, Dividend No. 9 of $0.29375 per share.
- Series AC, Dividend No. 8 of $0.2875 per share.
- Series AD, Dividend No. 7 of $0.28125 per share.
- Series AE, Dividend No. 7 of $0.28125 per share.
- Series AF, Dividend No. 6 of $0.278125 per share.
- Series AG, Dividend No. 6 of $0.28125 per share.
- Series AH, Dividend No. 2 of $0.353125 per share.

StrataGold announces drill results from the Mar-Tungsten deposit

StrataGold Corporation (SGV-TSX) (\"StrataGold\" or the \"Company\") is pleased to announce initial results from the C$5 million 2008 diamond drill (DD) program on the Dublin Gulch property. This year, StrataGold aims to increase the resource of both the Eagle Zone and Mar-Tungsten Deposits. A total of 34 DD holes were completed on the Mar-Tungsten Deposit in 2008 totaling 4057.68 metres (m). Drilling on the Eagle Zone Deposit is ongoing with results pending.

In January 2008, SRK Consulting (US) Inc. (SRK) provided StrataGold with a National Instrument (NI) 43-101 Mineral Resource for the Mar-Tungsten Deposit based on 86 DD holes completed in 1979 and 1980 and prior to StrataGold\'s acquisition of Dublin Gulch.

(Nasdaq: BDSI) today announced receipt of a Complete Response letter from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regarding the Company’s New Drug Application (NDA) for BEMA™ Fentanyl, which will be marketed in the United States as ONSOLIS™ (fentanyl buccal soluble film). The FDA has requested that the Company make modifications to the submitted risk management program. All aspects of the review were complete and no deficiencies were noted in chemistry, manufacturing and controls, nonclinical, or clinical efficacy/safety. The Company will submit the requested information and anticipates a first half 2009 approval.
