Cambridge, UK, 23 June 2008 – ip.access (www.ipaccess.com), the multi-award winning developer of femtocell and picocell solutions, has developed new 3G Home Routing™ technology that connects 3G phones into a home network via its Oyster 3G femtocell.

3G Home Routing uses the Oyster 3G to provide a real-time “bridge” between the user’s home network and any 3G handset, enabling a new generation of entertainment and communications applications for consumers, and allowing them to use their mobile phone in new and exciting ways at home.

Using a femtocell, a 3G phone can connect directly to a home network, enabling new applications such as streaming live video from a home media server to the handset, using the phone to browse the music on the home server and select tracks to play, or displaying a slideshow of phone photos on the TV.

Greencastle Enters Saskatchewan Coal Hunt

Greencastle Resources Ltd. (\"Greencastle,\" or the \"Company,\") (TSX VENTURE: VGN.V) is pleased to report that in early May, the Company applied to the government of Manitoba for a coal exploration permit on the Manitoba / Saskatchewan border.

The recent coal discovery in Saskatchewan by Goldsource Mines Inc. (TSX VENTURE: GXS.V) has resulted in a rush of permit application activity, covering a large area of eastern Saskatchewan. In April, Goldsource announced that, while drill testing geophysical anomalies for kimberlite, it had intersected coal (at a depth of about 80 metres) in two core holes located 1.64 kilometres apart and represent 26 metres and 32.5 metres, respectively, of coal seam, including 22.6 metres of continuous coal in each hole.

Ithaca Energy Acknowledges Receipt of Non-Binding Proposed Offer

Ithaca Energy Inc. (TSX VENTURE: IAE.V)(AIM: IAE), an independent oil & gas company with exploration and development assets in the UK North Sea, confirms that it has received an unsolicited non-binding proposed offer (the \"Non-Binding Proposed Offer\") from Endeavour International Corporation to acquire the entire issued share capital of Ithaca for a combination of cash and shares at an indicative price of US$3.25 per Ithaca share.

Ithaca advises that its board of directors will carefully review and evaluate the Non-Binding Proposed Offer consistent with its fiduciary duties and in consultation with its legal and financial advisers.
