Monday 7th July 2008 – Legalease, the world’s largest legal referral site, has awarded its website development to New Bamboo, the specialist in bespoke software development using Ruby on Rails. The project will involve updating the site so that businesses can easily access the wealth of information available on 10,000+ law firms around the World. The contract value was not disclosed.

Launching in summer 2008, the updated website will allow businesses and individuals to explore the content of the Legal 500 directories online and to search for law firms by company name, discipline or country.

Mill Bay Receives Letter of Comfort on Coal Permits

Mill Bay Ventures Inc. (\"Mill Bay\" or the \"Company\") (TSX VENTURE:MBV)(PINK SHEETS:MLBVF)(FRANKFURT:M4K) is pleased to announce that the Company has received a priority comfort letter from the Ministry of Energy and Resources of Saskatchewan with regards to two of four township applications made on May 22, 2008 on behalf of Mill Bay encompassing 18,432 hectares (45,545.47 acres) of a total of 36,864 hectares (91,090.94 acres) ground west of Hudson Bay, Saskatchewan. A Coal Prospecting Permit has been issued for the two townships confirming that Mill Bay\'s applications are first in line. The standard issue comfort letters states, \"The extent to which the land described in these applications can be issued has not been investigated, and therefore this letter should not be construed as an indication that any land will be issued, as full review is still to be completed.\"

Oilexco to Increase Debt Capacity to US$ 1 Billion

Oilexco Incorporated (\"Oilexco\" or \"the Company\") (TSX:OIL) (LSE:OIL) announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, Oilexco North Sea Limited, has signed an engagement letter with the Royal Bank of Scotland plc (\"RBS\") with respect to refinancing the Company\'s current debt obligations that will increase Oilexco\'s total debt availability to US$1 billion. The credit facility is intended to be underwritten by a group of banks led by RBS, subject to standard internal credit approvals and due diligence, and replaces the previous facility that had a total credit limit of approximately US$ 700 million. The new facility will be used for developing new fields, purchasing production equipment, enabling protection against cost overruns and potential decommissioning liabilities and general corporate purposes.

Travelex research shows Brits risk £58 million a month in extra charges using cards abroad

London 4th July 2008: Research launched today by Travelex reveals consumers are still relying on credit and debit cards abroad, last month Brits risked £58 million in extra charges at ATMs and in retail outlets abroad. This is the equivalent of sending 20,000 families of four on a week-long holiday to the Med.

Last year Britons used their cards for overseas transactions totalling £25.2 billion - £18.1 billion on credit and debit card purchases and £7.1 billion on cash taken out of overseas cash machines[1].
