News Release: Signs $3 Million in Contracts At Asian Securitex 2002

SECURITY INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES INC ("SITG-L") - Signs $3 Million in Contracts At Asian Securitex 2002
Security Intelligence Technologies, Inc., announced today that it has entered into agreements with two new licensees to sell and distribute its surveillance, countersurveillance and security products to the Asian market. These products are marketed and sold by its subsidiary CCS International, Inc. ("CCS").

The contracts provide for each of the licensees to purchase $1.5 million of CCS's products during the coming year, for which each of them paid a $150,000 deposit to be applied to the purchase price of products purchased by them. Many of the products listed within the contracts are unique security, surveillance, countersurveillance and bomb detection systems, manufactured to assist in counterterrorism measures and personal protection.

Ms. Nomi Om, Vice President of the Far East Marketing Sector, said that "This contract not only illustrates the continuing international expansion of the company, but also depicts the success we are having in marketing our products in the Asian market."
