Denison Reports Assays Increase Grades by 45% and Deliver Most Meaningful Gryphon D-Lens Result to Date at Wheeler River

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(May 26, 2017) - Denison Mines Corp. ("Denison" or the "Company") (TSX:DML)(NYSE MKT:DNN) is pleased to report a significant increase in uranium grades from previously released preliminary radiometric probe results, following the receipt of uranium assays from the Company's winter 2017 drilling program on the 60% owned Wheeler River project. The winter 2017 exploration program involved a combination of infill drilling at the Gryphon deposit and resource expansion exploration drilling to the northwest of the Gryphon deposit. The Wheeler River project is host to the high-grade Gryphon and Phoenix uranium deposits, and is the largest undeveloped high-grade uranium project in the infrastructure rich eastern portion of the Athabasca Basin region in northern Saskatchewan.

Energy Fuels receives final EIS from BLM for Sheep Mtn

Mr. Stephen Antony reports

FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT AND RECORD OF DECISION ISSUED FOR ENERGY FUELS' SHEEP MOUNTAIN URANIUM PROJECT

The U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has issued a final environmental impact statement (EIS) and record of decision (ROD) for Energy Fuels Inc.'s 100-per-cent-owned Sheep Mountain project located in the Crooks Gap mining district of central Wyoming. The Sheep Mountain Project is a large-scale, formerly-producing, conventional uranium mine with the potential to become a long-term uranium production center in a higher price environment. As previously announced, the Company also holds a mine permit (the "Mine Permit") for the project, which was issued by the State of Wyoming in July 2015. The issuance of the EIS, the ROD and the Mine Permit are the last major government approvals required to commence mining at this project, as the Company continues to evaluate options for processing the resources that may be mined at the project, including toll processing at other facilities in the region and the licensing and construction of its own onsite facility.

Fission Hits High-Grades at R840W Zone, Incl. 25.95% U3O8 Over 4.0m in 10.03% U3O8 Over 11.0m

KELOWNA, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Oct 24, 2016) - FISSION URANIUM CORP. (FCU.TO)(FCUUF)(2FU.F) ("Fission" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that the final summer assay results confirm new high grade mineralization at the R840W zone presently outside of the Triple R resource area and also at the R780E zone, beneath the Triple R deposit, at its PLS property in Canada's Athabasca Basin region. The assay results include hole PLS16-504 on zone R840W (line 915W) with 25.95% U3O8 over 4.0m in 10.03% U3O8 over 11.0m. The wide, high-grade mineralization encountered at the Western end of the 2.63km mineralized trend at PLS highlights the strong expansion potential, on land, towards the high-grade boulder field approximately 2.7km west of the R840W zone.

Ross McElroy, President, COO, and Chief Geologist for Fission, commented
"These results confirm the importance of the high-grade, on-land, near-surface R840W zone, which lies 495m west of the Triple R deposit. During summer drilling we successfully merged this zone with R600W - our other high-grade, land zone - and discovered an area of strong interest even further west. With such strong, wide grades, the zone and the unexplored areas west are going to be a clear focus for us during further exploration."

Energy Fuels Completes Acquisition of Mesteña Uranium, Adding Third U.S. Production Center to Portfolio

LAKEWOOD, CO, June 17, 2016  - Energy Fuels Inc. (NYSE MKT: UUUU; TSX: EFR) ("Energy Fuels" or the "Company"), a leading producer of uranium in the United States, is pleased to announce that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of Mesteña Uranium, LLC ("Mesteña").

Mesteña's primary asset is the Alta Mesa Project ("Alta Mesa"), a fully-licensed in situ recovery ("ISR") uranium production facility located in South Texas.  Alta Mesa is currently on standby, but is capable of ramping-up to commercial production levels within approximately six months of a positive production decision by Energy Fuels, with only minimal capital requirements.  At full capacity, Alta Mesa is capable of producing 1.5 million pounds of uranium per year.  The Company expects to file a technical report outlining a maiden resource estimate at Alta Mesa within the next month. The technical report will be published in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects.

NexGen Drills Off-Scale in All Four Shears at the Arrow Deposit

NexGen Energy Ltd. ("NexGen" or the "Company") (TSXV:NXE, OTCQX:NXGEF) is pleased to announce further results from the winter-spring drilling program on our 100% owned Rook I Property, Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan.  Eight drill holes have intersected extensive mineralization, and off-scale radioactivity (>10,000 to >61,000 cps) has been intersected in each of the A1, A2, A3 and A4 shears.

Within the A1 shear, the high grade mineralized interval from hole AR-16-84c1 (8.35 m of off-scale radioactivity with assays pending – see News Release dated April 14, 2016) has been confirmed and expanded with two further drill holes.  This is highlighted by hole AR-16-84c3 which was drilled 33 m down-dip and southwest of -84c1 intersected 35.5m of total composite mineralization, including 2.6 m of total composite off-scale mineralization.  This new area of high grade mineralization in the A1 shear is well outside and not part of the maiden Arrow deposit resource estimate that only includes drilling up to October 2015.
Drilling has also continued to confirm the robust nature of mineralization in the A2 shear where drill holes AR-16-80c4, -81c3, and -86c1 all individually intersected more than 10 m of total composite off-scale mineralization. There is significant potential for expansion of the A2 high grade domain around each of these holes, and substantial massive to semi-massive uranium mineralization was intersected and remains wide open up dip and southwest from hole AR-16-86c1 in the higher grade A2 sub-zone (the "Sub-Zone").
