oti America Receives $800K Order for NFC Readers From New Channel Partner for the Self-Service Market

ROSH PINA, ISRAEL--(Aug 26, 2014) - On Track Innovations Ltd. (oti) (NASDAQ: OTIV), a global provider of near field communication (NFC) and cashless payment solutions, has received an order to supply its Saturn 6500 NFC readers to a U.S.-based channel partner serving the North American self-service market.

The order calls for the channel partner to purchase at least $800,000 of Saturn 6500 readers. The order covers multiple models of OTI's Saturn 6500 NFC readers, including its most advanced Saturn 6500 TRIO which supports EMV transactions. The order can increase to more than $1.6 million if fully fulfilled per all its options. oti will start shipping its readers immediately for distribution to the partner's nationwide customer base.

Total revenue for the second quarter of 2014 was $178.5 million, an increase of 67% compared to the same period last year; or an increase of 35% when excluding the impact of acquisitions. Non-GAAP net income for the second quarter increased by 51% over the same period last year to $28.0 million, or $0.55 per diluted share.
