North Arrow Reports Yellow Diamonds From Q1-4 Kimberlite Are Rare Natural Type Ib Diamonds

VANCOUVER, BC--( April 21, 2015) - North Arrow Minerals Inc (TSX VENTURE: NAR) is pleased to report that yellow diamonds from the Q1-4 kimberlite contain un-aggregated nitrogen, a defining characteristic of rare, natural Type Ib diamonds with fancy "Canary Yellow" colours. Type Ib diamonds are exceptionally rare, estimated to make up less than 0.1% of natural diamonds globally. The Q1-4 kimberlite is located within the Qilalugaq Diamond Project, just nine kilometres from the Hamlet of Naujaat (Repulse Bay), Nunavut.

The results reported in this news release are based on FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared) analyses of 41 representative yellow diamonds from the Q1-4 kimberlite. The diamonds studied by this non-destructive technique range in colour from very pale yellow through intense yellow and all but one of the diamonds were determined to contain un-aggregated nitrogen, characteristic of "Type Ib" diamonds.

Kennady Diamonds Recovers 436 tonne Kelvin Bulk Sample: Intersects 76 meters of Kimberlite at Faraday

A total of approx. 436 tonnes of kimberlite was recovered using two large diameter reverse circulation drill rigs. The bulk sample will be processed at the Geoanalytical Laboratories Diamond Services of the Saskatchewan Research Council ("SRC"), which is accredited to the ISO/IEC 17025 standard by the Standards Council of Canada as a testing laboratory for diamond analysis. Diamond recovery results are expected by mid-2015.

Kennady Diamonds Closes First Tranche of C$20 million Non-Brokered Private Placement

TORONTO, Feb. 19, 2015 - Kennady Diamonds Inc. ("Kennady Diamonds", the "Company") (TSX-V:KDI.V - News) is pleased to announce the closing of the first tranche of the previously announced non-brokered private placement of common shares, for gross proceeds of C$5,808,879.20.

The Company has issued 1,636,304 common shares at a price of $3.55 per share. The shares are subject to a four month hold period, expiring on June 19, 2015. Proceeds of the private placement will be used primarily for the Company's 2015 winter exploration program at the Kennady North project and for general working capital.
