Part-Time Trading Ain’t So Bad
Let’s face it, the forex industry has done a pretty good job of glamorizing the trading profession. Selling the idea of full-time trading is a common claim. While I am not here to burst anyone’s dreams of making that a reality, I think an objective analysis will demonstrate that for most traders, the part-time route is not only more appealing; but less risky.
The typical profile of someone aspiring to be a full-time trader is one who might be a bit bored with their profession and lured to the apparent ease of trading full-time. The reality though is that like any profession, it takes a long-time to get consistent as a trader and does require a pretty large capital base if you intend to draw an income from it.
